Only cards from EX Holon Phantoms, EX Crystal Guardians, EX Dragon Frontiers, and EX Power Keepers are allowed. However, Energy cards from previous sets are also allowed.

Pokemon: 17

x3 Lotad (CG)-Needed for evolution.
x2 Lombre (CG)-Needed for evolution.
x2 Ludicolo (CG)-Nice having it be that your opponent's ex cards give you a boost. They don't even have to be Active, they can be on the bench and Ludicolo will still do 30 more damage, making it have a two for 60 and a three for 90. As is, it has a solid two for 30 that discards a card in my opponent's hand and it also has a nice three for 60 attack.
x3 Mankey (HP)-Needed for evolution.
x2 Primeape (HP)-Well, hopefully my opponent has a Stadium out. If not, I'll just have to sacrifice one of mine. Because that makes Wreck a two for 60 attack. And Flames of Rage is also amazing. 10 damage plus 20 more damage for each damage counter on Primeape. That can end up being a three for 130 attack. Add in no retreat cost and you have to wonder why this guy is an uncommon.
x3 Heracross (DF)-A 70 HP basic. Shining Horn is really useful in those situations at the start of the game where the only Pokemon I draw is Heracross. This way I can survive against my opponent's basics. Especially if they are an ex, as that makes Extra Claws a two for 50. Dig Deep is also useful, seeing as Primeape discards energy.
x1 Gyarados ☆ (HP)-An 80 HP basic. Spiral Growth is a way to easily charge up Gyarados. Then I use All Out Blast, but only to take down my opponent's last Pokemon. A great finisher.

Trainers: 22

x4 Holon Lake (HP)-Gives my Delta Species a decent attack to get more Delta Species cards. Also can be used to fuel Primeape's attack.
x4 Holon Legacy (DF)-My Delta Species have no weakness. Since none of them have Pokemon Powers, this card has no side effect. In fact, it might even be of help as it gets rid of my opponent's Pokemon Powers. Also can be used to fuel Primeape.
x4 Energy Recycle System (PK)-Gets Energy back into my hand or deck, either for use after Primeape's attack or to power up Gyarados.
x3 Mr. Stone's Project (HP)-Gets me energy into my hand from my deck or from my discard pile. Especially useful for use with Primeape.
x3 Steven's Advice (PK)-Drawing.
x2 PokeNav (CG)-Gets me a card and lets me control what I draw.
x2 Scott (PK)-Gets me Stadiums and Supporters.

Energy: 21

x21 Fire Energy-Needed.
