My Smogon tier OU team...

This is my first propper ou team and so far has won 8/9 which isnt bad.

Jirachi @Leftovers

Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252HP/4Spatk/252Speed
Timid Nature (+speed -atk)

  • Thunderbolt
  • Calm Mind
  • Flash Cannon
  • Water Pulse
This Jirachi is my lead and though it may seem weird to have it as a lead it has worked pretty well it can take out your Politoad, Tyranitar, Abomasnow, Skarmory and varius other leads.
Its ability goes great with the 3 offensive moves it has making there affects happen more often.

Espeon @Life Orb

Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252Spatk/4Spdef/252Speed
Timid Nature (+speed -atk)

  • Hidden Power Fire
  • Psyshock
  • Shadow Ball
  • Morning Sun
Espeon is to switch into when i see a pokemon such as forretress who are then killed with hidden power fire.
Morning sun may seem odd when so frail but its to make up for life orb damage and other damage that it has took and would only be used when against a wall of some type which dont threaten espeon with psyichal damage.

Salamance @Life Orb

Trait: Moxie
EVs: 176HP/80Atk/252Speed
Jolly Nature (+speed -spatk)

  • Earthquake
  • Dragon Dance
  • Fire Fang
  • Dragon Claw
I have never liked salamance untill i tried him on this team i went for a more bulky set with evs in hp so i can set up a move like dragon dance with no problems.
He cleans up where my others left off.

Infernape @Life Orb

Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 4HP/252Atk/252Speed
Jolly Nature (+speed -spatk)

  • Fire Punch
  • Thunder Punch
  • Mach Punch
  • Stone Edge
Infernape is a great sweeper and my favorite pokemon in OU as it can take out most pokemon in OU easly even with frail defs, In my opinion even with speed boost Blazkin should not be in Uber and does not beat Infernape.

Jellicent @Leftovers

Trait: Cursed Body
EVs: 236HP/252Def/20Spatk
Bold Nature (+def -atk)

  • Wil o Wisp
  • Surf
  • Ice Beam
  • Recover
He is my wall, and a good one two ive tried toxic on him but i prefer w.o.w.
Everything else is self explanitry, But im not using scald because its less power and i have w.o.w.

Rotom-Wash @Leftovers

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252Spatk/4Spdef/252Speed
Modest Nature (+spatk -atk)

  • Volt Switch
  • Hydro Pump
  • Pain Split
  • Shadow Ball
My final Pokemon and when my other pokemon has a weakness i switch him in to cover that weakness.
Pain split is healing where as other moves are stab and coverage i have tried w.o.w and it didnt work.

Why not Thunder on Jirachi to counter politoed better?
Because of sandstorm or sun would screw me over :)
Wtf this is the most viewed team? How? It's not even a great team lol

Hmm, I'll do my best to answer this!

Jirachi: Is looking good, though you might try Modest over Timid since most leads aren't extremely fast. 252 Speed EVs on a Base 100 Pokemon is pretty good.

Espeon: I'd suggest replacing this one. Sure, I'll admit that Magic Bounce is pretty cool, but you don't have anything to take Ghost moves. With Espeon, you have 2 Pokemon weak to Ghost, and Gengar is still freaking popular. Why not try Zoroark to toy around with Illusion and take some Ghost moves? If you're lucky maybe it'll come in as Jellicent.

Zoroark (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Illusion
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dark Pulse
- Nasty Plot
- Flamethrower
- Counter

This gives you the ability to hit all types neutral if not better, take Ghost moves, and still defeat Steel types.

Salamence: Looking good also. No changes needed to be made.

Infernape: I'm a big fan of Infernape also. You could maybe try a Choice Band to get more damage, and U-turn instead of Stone Edge. This makes great Revenge Killing with Mach Punch and hit-and-run operations.

Jellicent: Nothing needs to be changed here either. It's the set everyone uses, why mess with it?

Rotom-W: With the Leftovers, you don't really need to have recovery. You could try HP Ice instead to cover your Grass weakness.

Overall, a pretty good team. I hope this helps!
