Hey guys, new to PO, bored of seeing the same old pokemon in OU over and over so I decided to try out RU, having a lot of fun with my team so far but I've been beaten a little more than I'd like, looking for some suggestions on how I can get better synergy together between my pokes, just shout it out, rip my team to pieces if you want XD

At a glance:

Previous Teammates:

In depth:
Banette

Banette (F) @ Focus Sash Trait: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 Atk
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Trick Room
- Destiny Bond
- Taunt
- Pursuit

My amazing little trick starter, I love this guy because absolutely nobody in RU is prepared for him and he always gets a kill, and because it's usually the opponent's entry hazard layer he's really very useful as a lead because he can set up a short trick room for my slower pokemon (usually Ferroseed) to come in and attempt a sweep after he's gone, and set up Stealth Rock and Leech Seed, which annoys the hell out of most people I battle ;)

The basic strategy is, first turn Trick Room unless I predict a switch (Pursuit) or am up against something I can tell is just going to try status me or set up (Taunt). Once I'm down to 1 hp (Banette never survives, 0ivs in HP, Def and SDef) and I have Trick Room up, it's easy to snag a kill on some unsuspecting opener with Destiny Bond, unless they're wary to my game and switch, usually I pick it with Pursuit but that has given away my game early...

Ferroseed

Ferroseed (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 68 Def / 188 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Gyro Ball

This is my stall poke, I can always rely on him to come in a few times an heal off Leech Seed, but more than that he sets up my Stealth Rocks, which are my personal entry hazard of choice because I hate hate hate Yanma/Yanmega XD He's also handy with Gyro Ball but, often surprises the opponent when they lose 30-40% + Leech Seed + Iron Barbs while I'm just sitting there healing up :D

Tangrowth

Tangrowth (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SAtk
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

This is my pride and joy, my mixgrowth, takes care of so many threats to my team (Slowking, Lanturn, Eviolite Shellos (Yes I have battled one of those) even Swellow) because he can come in, Leaf Storm it up and do a tremendous amount, then EQ or Rock Slide the next Fire, Flying, Poison or Bug type that comes in to try and counter, then when he's done with all that I just switch him out and he restores a huge amount of HP, meaning he can just come back in and do it all over again ;D I usually try swap to Probopass or Ferrothorn just to take the hit and allow him to heal up...

Quagsire

Quagsire (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Recover

Quagsire is my tank, my fall back when things aren't going so well XD he has a great typing, while he is 4x weak to Grass he's great against a number of common types in RU (Electric, Fire, Rock, Poison). The basic strategy is to sit there Cursing while Recovering off damage (after I've eliminated all possible grass type threats using the teamviewer and the beginning of the battle) then attempt a sweep with Waterfall and EQ. As pathetic as he looks he actually is quite difficult to kill and has won me more than a match or two XD

Entei

Entei @ Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Flare Blitz
- ExtremeSpeed
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Grass]

My prime sweeper, takes out entire unprepared teams, hardly needs much explanation XD Only thing I'm not too fond of is Stealth Rock weakness, Life Orb+Stealth Rock+Flare Blitz damage can shorten his life quite drastically :/ Shadow Ball is there in case there's still Ghosts left on the field after Gallade and Banette have been in (there often is XD) I think all his other moves are fairly self-explanatory, HP grass for troublesome water/ground/rock types, extremespeed for easy kills and Flare Blitz for raw power.

Mandibuzz

Mandibuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Big Pecks
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Taunt
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Knock Off

My Phazing poke, does a damn good job of it too, similar to the role Skarmory plays in many OU teams, just keeps the opponent swapping and swapping and accumulating SR damage, while Roosting off any damage he happens to take, and taunting any enemy Phazers/Tanks/Walls etc.

So that's my team guiz, please comment with and criticism/ideas/feedback you may have :)

I'll try to get J98 or PB to answer this.
tyvm, I appreciate it
nice RU team :)
One Trick Roomer isn't enough. 2-3 is standard.
