Why Taunt on Deo-S? He's not leading, and if he Taunts it makes it sure that he'll get knocked out quickly... (even with the focus sash)

You can go with Deoxys-A instead of S, seeing as A has more in both attacks than Deoxys-S even with no EVs or Nature boosting them. And if you give it 220 Speed Evs and a Speed boosting nature it has the same Speed as your current Deoxys. Plus it can learn all the same moves as Deoxys S. Sure it has less bulk, but Deoxys-S didn't have the bulk to survive a hit in Ubers anyways.
