Only cards from Unleashed, Undaunted, Triumphant, and Call of Legends are allowed. However, Energy cards from previous sets are also allowed.
x3 Gastly (Triumphant)-Has Normal resistance. Needed for evolution.
x2 Haunter (Triumphant)-For one energy can put two damage counters on any of my opponent's Pokemon. Also has Normal resistance and no retreat cost. Needed for evolution.
x1 Gengar (Triumphant)-130 HP, Normal resistance, and no retreat cost. Whenever it takes down a Pokemon it sends that Pokemon to the Lost Zone instead of the Discard Pile, meaning my opponent won't be getting it back. It can also send Pokemon in my opponent's hand into the Lost Zone. Cursed Drop is a good two energy attack that has me put four damage counters in any way I like on any of my opponent's Pokemon. With the way this deck works, I can exploit this to KO four Pokemon in one move, sending them to the Lost Zone.
x3 Zubat (Unleashed)-For one energy does 10 damage to two of my opponent's benched Pokemon. Also has Fighting resistance. Needed for evolution.
x2 Golbat (Unleashed)-Mean Look is a one for 20 that prevents my opponent from retreating. Also has Fighting resistance and no retreat cost. Needed for evolution.
x1 Crobat (Prime) (Unleashed)-130 HP, Fighting resistance, and no retreat cost. Severe Poison is a great one energy attack that poisons the foe. Oh, and that Poison does four damage counters of damage instead of the standard one. Skill Dive is also a good attack, a one energy attack that does 30 damage to any one of my opponent's Pokemon.
x2 Misdreavus (Undaunted)-A 60 HP basic with Normal resistance and a card drawing attack. Needed for evolution.
x1 Mismagius (Unleashed)-It can move Psychic energies between my Pokemon, which is very nice considering the low energy count in this deck. My Pokemon can make use of one energy quite well, as they have great one energy attacks. It also keeps me from losing my energy when a Pokemon is about to go down. Psychic Pulse is a great attack, a one for 30 that does 10 damage to each of my opponent's benched Pokemon with damage counters on it. Also has Normal resistance.
x2 Eevee (Undaunted)-Gets me basics. Needed for evolution.
x1 Espeon (Solar Suggestion) (Undaunted)-Solar Suggestion is an excellent one energy attack. It moves four damage counters from my Pokemon in any combination to four of my opponent's Pokemon in any combination. This keeps me healthy while damaging the foe.
x4 Spiritomb (Triumphant)-A 60 HP basic with Normal resistance and no weakness. Spooky Whirlwind gets my opponent a new six card hand. If they had more cards than that, this is great. If I want to deck them, this is great. If I want them to have a new hand so there are more Pokemon for Gengar to discard, this is great. It also has a nice one energy attack with Color Tag, which does 10 damage to each Pokemon my opponent has of a chosen type.
x3 Zangoose (CoL)-An 80 HP basic. What I do is put one energy on it, use Swords Dance, then the next turn place a DCE on this guy and use Lost Claw for 60 damage. Lost Claw puts a card in my opponent's hand into the Lost Zone.
x1 Mr. Mime (CoL)-A 70 HP basic. It can have my opponent show me their hand, which lets me know when I should use Gengar's Hurl into Darkness. While it might show my hand, I will be prepared for this and use a Copycat to get me a new hand. Also can do 40 damage for two energy.
x4 Interviewer's Questions (Unleashed)-Gets me energy.
x4 Team Rocket's Trickery (Undaunted)-Drawing and has my opponent discard a card in their hand.
x4 Copycat (CoL)-Sometimes drawing more cards, sometimes putting cards back into my deck to prevent decking.
x3 Lost World (CoL)-I play this card when my opponent has six Pokemon in the Lost Zone, giving me victory. Three is in case it gets discarded from my hand, is a prize card, and to make it so I'm more likely to get it instead of having to wait to win.
x2 Professor Elm's Training Method (CoL)-Gets me evolutions.
x2 Flower Shop Lady (Undaunted)-Gets Pokemon and Energy back into my deck from the discard pile.
x1 Twins (Triumphant)-Gets me the cards that I need when I am on the losing side of things.
x12 Psychic Energy-Needed. Low number, but this deck can do it.
x2 Double Colorless Energy (HeartGold SoulSilver)-For use with Zangoose.
