I noticed that 4 of your pokemon have a weakness to electric types and the other 2 are neutral. Try replacing one or 2 with a ground type and if 2 then bug because of the grass types.
Kyogre is good. No comment on that.
Dragonite, Beautiful. But i would use Outrage, Brick Break, Wing Attack, and Dragon Dance with Persim Berry. Brave nature is bad on Dragonite and he woud be slow that way. Replace with Jolly if you want alot of speed or adamant if you want attack
Drizzle makes rain last forever unless someone else uses a weather move. But, not likely. This is where i shall make a replacment. It is a Sableye.

Sableye was a random replacemant. Its just that you have so many water types and castform is the least needed IMO

Floatzel = Replacement Needed. He Cannot preform type coverage for groud because Dig will get them a free turn/chance to switch to a flying type. There are no other physical moves that are ground that he can learn.

Jelicent, in a scale of 1-10 gets 9.5. The only thing wrong is the ability. Try cursed body since it isn't likely for someone to use a water type move on a water type...
