Politoed
Ok this set im not keen on at all.
Wise glasses isnt doing much for you and scald is inferior to surf when you have toxic in the set.
If you want a sweeping set run choice specs or choice scarf.
Choice specs surf stops any pokemon switching in appart from pokemon with water absorb.
Choice scarf is my personal favorite as it allows you to run modest.
Try this
Politoed (F) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Drizzle EVs: 8 HP / 252 SAtk / 248 Spd Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Perish Song - Surf - Ice Beam - Toxic
Perish song stops Smeargles setting up baton passes without being put to sleep first.
Toxic and perish song may seem weird with scarf but they work very well.

Or you could try this
Politoed (F) @ Choice Specs Trait: Drizzle EVs: 8 HP / 252 SAtk / 244 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Focus Blast - Scald - Ice Beam - Hidden Power [Grass]
As i said choice specs attacks are hard to take especially with a rain and stab boost.
Focus blast covers tyranitars and hp grass covers apposing politoeds.

A stalling set works equally well
Politoed (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Drizzle EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk) - Protect - Toxic - Encore - Scald
Scald hits scizors well which toxics cant hit.
Encore provides a safe switch for other team mates

Dragonite
Ok yes it has access to hurricane and thunder and some ameture battelers will use this set but in reality it isnt so good.
Thunder provides almost no coverage for dragonite ok i know you want a set that could include these moves but the set is far outclassed by this in rain.
Dragonite (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Multiscale EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Dragon Dance - Dragon Claw - Aqua Jet/Waterfall - Earthquake
Dragon dance and dracon claw hurts.
Aqua jet gets boost and priority allowing you to finish off scarfed and banned terrakions before they are allowed to stone edge.
Earthquake is coverage and can hit ferrothorns harder.

Toxicroak
That set is good though this is my set below and defintly dont use poison jab.
Toxicroak (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Dry Skin EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Bulk Up/Swords Dance - Sucker Punch - Drain Punch - Substitute/Ice Punch
This is a great set, subs and bulk ups allow you to take many hits which meens your subs are increadibly hard to break.
Drain punch is obvious and sucker punch is needed as with priority and boosts Toxicoak becomes an incredible sweeper.
The speed allows you to outspeed Breloom and Heatran.

Ludicolo
I love this guy :D
Though synthesis only recovers 1/3 health in rain so try this set that i love and cherish, its similar to yours.
Ludicolo (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Rain Dish EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Leech Seed - Protect - Substitute - Seismic Toss
Ok giga drain would be my normal choice but put it up against a pokemon like tyranitar and even with super effective hits it will do barely any damage.
It also allows it to hit all pokemon including those evading leech seed.
Protect stalls giving you great hp recovery while they slowly die with leech seed.

Jelicent
Ok if your not changing your set as you said in the last post at leaset change the evs and nature - 252Hp / 252Def / 4Sdef Bold
Also consider scald over night shade.
Jellicent (F) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Water Absorb EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Water Spout - Scald - Shadow Ball - Energy Ball
Also try this set one day, it makes a wall into an incredible sweeper.
This guy hits like a truck with stab, rain boost water spout.

*Ok now we get to this point and as you are new to rain you have done the common thing, 5 pokemon weak to electric.
Is that such a good idea?
Try this guy

Raikou @ Choice Scarf Trait: Pressure EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef) - Thunder - Weather Ball - Shadow Ball - Aura Sphere
361 attack and a powerfull stab thunder is deadly now pair it with incredible speed with scarf allowing you to outspeed adamant scarf terrakion.
Weather ball gets rain boost and as well as rain boosting its base power to 100 then 150 with rain boost.
Aura sphere provides great coverage.
Though because of aura sphere and weather ball meens its the event raikou so rash nature is the only nature alloud that is legal.
It also has to be shiny ;)
This pokemon also gives more special attack to the team making it more balanced.

Sorry about how the sets are laid out they didnt show like that in the preveiw
Thanks! Ludicolo toxicroak and dragonite aren't weak to electric, but that is a good point do thanks! And lucky for me I did get the event raikou so that will work.
Why Rash nature on Raikou when Modest is perfectly fine, since you have no physical moves??
Because its the event Raikou It can not have modest :( Rash is at the cost of aura sphere and wether ball
oo right. That is BS.
No, it has a set Nature on the Event.
