Ambipom - lead - normal gem
EVs: 252 speed, 252 attack
Nature: jolly
Ability: technician
Moves:
Fake out (devastating with STAB+technician, and with that normal gem boost on the first use, look out)
Return (STAB)
U-turn (clean getaway after a fake out, really gets inside the opponents head when fake out deals a bunch of damage, and then u-turn lets me deal more damage and get away, usually before I even get hit)
Low kick (screws with registeel and rhyperior)

Ambipom's job is too start the battle with a fake out that will help demolish anything that doesn't resist it, in which case u-turn is used, saving my normal gem for when it counts.

Heracross - physical sweeper - toxic orb
EVs: 252 attack, 252 speed
Nature: jolly
Ability: guts
Moves:
Close combat (STAB, guts boost gives this move insane power)
Megahorn (^^)
Facade (guts boost, double power thanks to toxic orb)
Stone edge (coverage)

Heracross uses his ability guts like a glorified life orb, (it's pretty common) using the 50% attack boost to achieve power comparable to a nuclear bomb.

Xatu - Special sweeper - leftovers
EVs: 252 special attack, 252 speed
Nature: bold
Ability: magic bounce
Moves:
Calm mind (stat boosts for sweeping)
Psychic (STAB)
Hidden power grass (takes down stealth rock users)
Roost (HP regain for more calm mind spamming)

Remember how ambipom's strategy was to use fake out and then u-turn before the opposition could move? Well xatu is the one that gets switched in, because there is most likely a taunt or hazard or something similar is on the way, and what better to counter that with but magic bounce.

Milotic - Special tank - leftovers
EVs: 252 sp. Defense, 128 HP and sp. attack
Nature: modest
Ability: marvel scale
Moves:
Scald (STAB, annoying burn chance)
Ice beam (coverage)
Recover (HP regain for absorbing more hits)
Dragon tail (switches resisting enemy's and what not while dealing damage)

Milotic is a great special tank, especially with her ability, which just makes her harder to take down when some fool tries to cripple her with status.

Cobalion - physical tank - focus sash
EVs: 252 defense, 252 attack
Nature: jolly
Moves:
Iron defense (boosts defense for absorbing physical attacks)
Block (stops the enemy from switching to a special attacker, so I can safely use iron defense)
Sacred sword (STAB)
Iron head (STAB)

Cabalion's job Is to demolish physical attackers by stopping their switching with block, then setting up iron defense and hammering the enemy with STAB moves. Also, if they do get to switch before block is used, then I just switch out to a Pokemon that resists/kills the opponent's.

Dusclops - wall - eviolite
EVs: 252 defense, 252 special defense
Nature: adamant
Ability: pressure
Moves:
Sleep talk (to be used with rest)
Rest (HP regain, Rids him of status)
Earthquake (coverage)
Shadow punch (STAB)

I have won battles by having the opponent ragequit with this set. Need I say more?

Best answer

Here i go again i hope the sprites and bolding looks ok.

Ambipom
Set is nere perfect, the item is one use which puts me off, life orb will do continuous damage and help land them kos.

Heracross
You have made the first part of this rmt very easy for me thanks ;)
This is an Ok set though its most used set is a choice scarf set, which rips teams appart.
It can also meen it can safely switch in to a stalling toxic or wil o wisp giving it 50% extra atk, thats not so bad is it.
Drop facade for pursuit, that will catch azelfs and other pokemon out.
Megahorn is your big stab and will hit hard.

Xatu

Xatu (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Magic Bounce EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Spd Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Roost - Thunder Wave - Night Shade - U-turn
Standard set i think, its from my old boxes.
I used this once in UU and it was great, thunder wave cripples teams as well as letting it self go first.
Calm mind isnt the best option with just psychic thanks to flygon ruining it and its def and alround bulk isnt great.

Milotic

Its offence isnt needed, they are more to cover pokemon such as flygon or try get a lucky burn so modest and evs in spatk isnt needed, it hits rather hard anyway.
Instead invest in def with bold 252hp 252def 4spdef
With the ability marvel scale it can easly switch into a wil o wisp from an opposing dusclops making this pokemon incredibly bulky.

Cobalion

Poor guy ;) focus sash? this guy is all out offencive and can not afford to be defensive thanks to its typing grating the o so common weakness.
Cobalion @ Choice Band Trait: Justified EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Close Combat - Iron Head - X-Scissor - Volt Switch
Volt switch creats the volt turn combo and choice band just makes this guy hit incredibly hard.
Swords dance is an option but Flygon again along with other fighting types like hitmontop like to get a sneaky one on this guy so its not always the best option.
No use wasting its 108 base speed on a wall.

Dusclops

If your using rest talk then use seismic toss and wil o wisp.
Wil o wisp counters and stops all pysichal sweepers in there path.
Seismic toss does constant damage.
252hp is needed and bold and def evs are great to use as well.
