I am into NU Weather Teams now. NU is my favorite tier and i really want to exploit my real talent and get the best out of me. Here we go!!!!

Shiftry

Shiftry @ Heat Rock
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spe/ 4 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk,-Atk)

  • Sunny Day
  • SolarBeam
  • Hidden Power Rock
  • Dark Pulse

My Sun Starter. Sunny Day + Heat Rock for holding the summer-kind of weather a bit longer. SolarBeam for STAB plus no charging required with the Sun. HP Rock covers Shiftry's Fire, Ice, Flying and Bug weaknesses in one attack. Dark Pulse for additional STAB.

Lampent

Lampent @ Eviolite
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SDef/ 248 HP/ 8 Def
Calm Nature (+SDef,-Atk)

  • Flamethrower
  • Shadow Ball
  • Will-O-Wisp
  • Pain Split

If the menace for Shiftry with those persistent Fire-types is too much for him to handle, i switch into Lampent who happily absorbs the attack. If Shiftry has problems facing a Fighting type and Exeggutor can't handle it? Lampent avoids that too. He is the defensive core of my team. Flamethrower boosted by Flash Fire can convert this guy into a sweeper and Shadow Ball is also STAB. Will-O-Wisp is for wearing the opponent down slowly and Pain Split is for it's usual use.

Exeggutor

Exeggutor @ Life Orb
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Timid Nature (+Spe,-Atk)

  • Hidden Power Fire
  • SolarBeam
  • Psyshock
  • Synthesis

My Sunny Sweeper. HP Fire is not STAB but the 50% boost of Fire-type moves in the Sun compensates for it. SolarBeam is for the usual use plus it's STAB. Psyshock is also STAB and takes care of the pesky Poison and Fighting type that dare to try to hit my Shiftry. Synthesis heals by much when used at the proper time during the Sun.

Sawk

Sawk @ Heat Rock
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Jolly Nature (+Spe,-SAtk)

  • Sunny Day
  • Fire Punch
  • Brick Break
  • Stone Edge

Here's my other Sunny Day setter. Fire Punch looks new on him and is boosted by the Sun. Stone Edge is for coverage against Flying types and Brick Break is STAB. As easy as that!

Charizard

Charizard @ Choice Specs
Trait: Solar Power
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Def
Timid Nature (+Spe,-Atk)

  • Fire Blast
  • Air Slash
  • SolarBeam
  • Focus Blast

Here the little Fire dragon that is considered the strongest Pokemon since generations by your six-year old neighbor. Fire Blast + Solar Power + Sun Boost + Choice Specs sweeps almost everything. Air Slash is for reliable STAB with a good critical hit chance. SolarBeam is for the usual Sun use and Focus Blast hits Rock types super-effectively.

Altaria

Altaria @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk,-SAtk)

  • Dragon Dance
  • Dragon Claw
  • Earthquake
  • Roost

This guy fits pretty well in my team. He fights his own Dragon weakness and the Ice weakness is vanquished by the other members of my team. Dragon Dance for setting up and sweeping with Dragon Claw, which is STAB. Earthquake is good to defeat Altaria's and many other Pokemon of team's Rock weakness. Roost is a decent way for the Pokemon to heal.

Dis is the end of my first NU Weather team. I will be continuing my weather teams and i have Rain and Hail left. Thanks for reading and thanks for answering!

If it's not finished, why bother posting? I've seen this a lot and I don't understand it...
I think you got Flareon and Lampent mixed up...
I suggest that you put Sawk up front because you could get OHKO'd by a Bug type move because of Shiftry's bad defenses. You also should have a more defensive member on your team so it can take some hits for the other members.
because he has no other way of saving it probably, besides theres no harm in it. @Fate Itself
First of all, i didn't finished an was about to change Flareon into Lampent, thus the Flareonish moveset. Also, i will take the Sawk advice and my defensive guy is coming up ;D
Altaria isn't weak to grass.
xDDDD Thanks for pointing that out!
