It's NU and improved. :P
regirock
ROOCCKK (Regirock) @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Explosion
- Seismic Toss
My lead. Can easily take a hit, and if there's a taunting pokemon, I can use Seismic Toss, or just Explode.
swellow
Birdie (Swellow) (F) @ Flame Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Facade
- Protect
- Brave Bird
- Steel Wing
He's the sweeper, all of us with experience have probably seen this set before.
torkoal
FireTurtle (Torkoal) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: White Smoke
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Rapid Spin
- Flamethrower
- Yawn
My rapidspinner, and can also put the opponent to sleep. This can give me time to spin, and or set up with my Duosion (as seen below) or rock polish with my Golurk.
duosion
GreenBlob (Duosion) (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Recover
WAY to many people underestimate Magic Guard until it gives them a slap in the face. Magic Guard protects Duosion from Poison, Burns, Hail, Sand, Rocks, Spikes, Recoil, and leech seed. This guy also has good defenses, and can easily set up a calm mind or two. Definitely a threat.
golurk
Titan (Golurk) @ Life Orb
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 96 HP / 252 Atk / 160 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Rock Polish
- Shadow Punch
The Powerhouse. This guy with a couple of rock polishes can really do some damage.
meganium
Plant (Meganium) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Leaf Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Leech Seed
- Aromatherapy
- Toxic
He's my healer, but also surprisingly often forces a switch out. He's really annoying

I would consider switching out Toxic for S-Rock on Torkoal. Yawn will mostly make the opponent switch because of the new and fearful sleep mechanics in B/W and B/W2.
@ JCM I all ready have s-rock on my regirock, 2 pokemon with stealth rock is probably a waste XP, and explosion is powerful, with or without STAB, though a normal gem might be a good idea.. @Trachy I chose steel wing because it is the best coverage for rock types, where as facade/brave bird wouldn't do that much, I'm surprised you haven't seen steel wing on swellow before.

Thanks for the suggestions!
The most common Rock types in NU, Golem, Regirock and Probopass, all laugh at Steel Wing btw.
I'm answering this, since i just battled it :D
As SPoink said, Steel WIng is not a good move against ROck types. The low base power combined with the high physical bulk of pretty much every ROck type in the game (and an accuracy that isn't perfect) makes Steel Wing a move that is not going to counter Rocks. Instead, it is just best to U-Turn away from them, breaking their Sturdy in the process if you don't have ROcks up or they used Rapid SPin.

Okey dokey! I know that if Trachy battles you, he'll answer this as well. He will probably give better advice but i'll do my best.
_____
First things first. So i see your lead is Regirock. He's a pretty good lead. Explosion and Seismic Toss are probably not the best choice for Attacking moves. Go with Earthquake and Stone Edge. I heard you have a rich history of HAX with inaccurate moves, so if you want a bit more accuracy for less power, you could go with Rock Slide instead of Stone Edge.
___
Swellow. Everybody said it. Switch out Steel Wing for U-Turn. I mean, what is a Rock type without Physical Bulk? I'll be changing his Nature in the Importable Copy.
___
I heard you replaced Torkoal for Sawk. Well, i'll give some Sawk advice. You will see this Sawk set all the time.

Sawk

Sawk @ Choice Band
Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 Def
Jolly Nature (+Spd,-SAtk)

  • Close Combat
  • Ice Punch
  • Earthquake
  • Stone Edge

Duosion's turn. This guy is inferior to Kadabra. Duosion is way too slow, only working properly in a Trick Room team. I recommend Kadabra for your team:

Kadabra

Kadabra @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spd/ 4 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd,-Atk)

  • Psyshock
  • Shadow Ball
  • Hidden Power Fighting
  • Calm Mind/ Energy Ball

Heck, this guy is faster than Duosion and has the same ability as Duosion, Magic Guard.
___
Golurk. I love this guy and i see you are using the Rock Polish set. Only some EV changes that you will see in the Importable Copy. All else is perfect!
___
Meganium. This guy was OHKO'ed in our battle. He seriously isn't benefiting your team. I suggest Lickilicky instead of him.

Lickilicky

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Trait: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP/ 144 SDef/ 112 Def
Careful Nature (+SDef,-SAtk)

  • Wish
  • Protect
  • Heal Bell
  • Dragon Tail

He's not a Taunt bait because of Dragon Tail, which phazes.
___

Regirock @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 SDef / 4 Def
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

I'll continue the Importable Copy later.

lmao you always go hyper offensive ;)
IKR! I find it very.... fun :D
OKok, I'm giving Swellow u-turn... Sheesh. KADABRA! He's a dream come true! A duosion with higher speed... Also one step ahead of YOU with the Sawk. Yeah, regirock is getting stone edge... the power tempts me even though I know I'll miss when I need it XD.
Oh, thanks! And once again, can't forget ;D

Your team has a weakness to Scarfers and to Absol (and any other Dark type Sucker Punch set up Pokemon).

We'll start with the Absol. Absol (as well as Skuntank with Hone Claws and Swords Dance Cacturne) just use Duosion as set up bait. From there they can sweep your entire team with Sucker Punch (a +3 or +4 Sucker Punch OHKOs Sawk). HP FIghting won't help much either, as that will leave you vulnerable to foes like Mr. Mime and especially Gardevoir (possibly Swoobat if Simple is released.) We'll add Alomomola to your team, as it is an excellent physical wall. This also helps the trouble you'll probably have with Emboars. I also think Grass types such as Victreebel and Tangela will cause problems for your team. And you need a strong Special sweeper, as otherwise you'll be walled by the many physical walls in NU. I'm going to suggest replacing Meganium for a Vileplume, who can also use Aromatherapy but hits harder with its attacks and isn't completely walled by Grass types thanks to Sludge Bomb. We can make it an offensive support on your team.

I then think we should replace Regirock. While the Stealth Rocks it provides are nice, it is otherwise dead weight for your team. Whike my Throh was a Circle Throw, Restalk, Bulk Up one I foolishly wanted to try out on this team, most Throh (and also Gurdurr) will be using Payback. So they can use Regirock to set up their Bulk Ups and then launch powerful STAB on it, Drain Punch in Gurdurr's case, Revenge or Circle Throw in Throh's case. If you try to send out Golurk, they'll be able to tank yourr attacks and launch a powerful Payback at you. So we'll be replacing Regirock with a strong Special Sweeper. My eyes are on Gardevoir, who is a beast when Scarfed.

We'll also replace Steel Wing for U-Turn on Swellow. Swellow should not be staying in on Rock types. Steel Wing will not do nearly enough and Swellow will just be KOd. U-Turn allows you to switch safely to an appropriate counter.

I'll also be changing the EVs and Natures on the importable copy.

Gardevoir (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Protect

Sawk (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge

Alomomola (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 Spd

EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 44 SAtk / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Sludge Bomb
- Moonlight
- Giga Drain
- Aromatherapy

No problem! Though i forgot to finish --'
Toxic Orb is widely considered better on Swellow. In three turns Flame Orb and Toxic Orb do the same amount of damage. Before that Toxic Orb will have done less and after that it will have done more. Swellow almost never stays out more than three turns and it usually stays in for two turns, as once it kills, it needs to get out before it is taken down by a revenge killer. There are a select group of Pokemon Swellow can stay in on.

Your team is slow. Any Pokemon with a Scarf can cause huge problems for your team. Which is why I suggested Gardevoir. It can take down the slower Scarfers and has the bulk to survive hits from the faster ones and retaliate with high Special Attack. The bulk is what separates it from Swellow. Swellow is also able to handle status, thanks to Guts.

Sometimes a team doesn't need entry hazards. I couldn't find a way to fit it on your team, so I just left it out.
I almost never use Hazards in my NU teams. You can win without Hazards.
I think I'm going to actually try out Gardevoir... looks a little stronger than Kadabra...
In fact, he has. Scarf is awesome on him. Kadabra is more frail.
