Shuckle loves having Encore, especially as a lead. Stealth Rock is good on him too.

Hey there Hot Sauce, I want to rate your NU team :D looks pretty good, but there's a few changes that I think will make it perform much better. let's go! :3

Shuckle
Well, I'm not Shuckle's biggest fan (damn it Faked Thrower) but the set looks fine, although Mud-Slap is a pointless move, and you can't really rely on haxing your opponent out to stay alive. Replace it with Stealth Rock - you don't have any hazards on your team, and to be honest, Shuckle has nothing better to do.

Eelektross
This moveset looks okay. But Electric Gem? That's a bad idea. It's only a one time use, and can be easily wasted. Also, his speed is really poor so there's not much point investing in it. I'd also give him Leftovers for constant healing. Also, his physical movepool isn't great. You have two options - either give him a special set, which I think works better, or change his physical moves a little. Here are two good sets:

Eelektross (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Acid Spray
- Thunderbolt
- Giga Drain
- Flamethrower

Eelektross (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 156 SDef / 4 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Coil
- Wild Charge
- Drain Punch
- Crunch

Gardevoir
Looks great, although I prefer a Timid nature. Also, choosing Energy Ball in the last slot leaves you walled by Steel types, so go for Focus Blast or Hidden Power [Fighting] - power vs. accuracy.

Absol
Not quite sure what you're doing with this guy. The only advantage of Hone Claws over Swords Dance is the accuracy of Stone Edge which isn't a great coverage move anyway. I'd recommend this set:

Absol (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Superpower
- Psycho Cut

Ludicolo
I see you're going for a sort of staller set here. Well, a Sub-Seeding set fills that role a lot better. For the other slots, you have lots of options. Toxic adds to the residual damage, while Protect helps stall even more. Giga Drain gives you more nice healing, but Scald has a lovely burn chance, and Ice Beam hits Grass types that are immune to Leech Seed.

Ludicolo (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Rain Dish
EVs: 196 Def / 60 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Toxic/Protect
- Giga Drain/Scald/Ice Beam

Slaking
Well, last but not least, Slaking. Giga Impact may seem like a good idea, but its downside is that it forces you to stay in, letting anything come in and set up on your face. Therefore, Return is a better option. Also, replace Sucker Punch with Night Slash, as getting Choice-locked into Sucker Punch is just horrible. Finally, Earthquake outdamages Hammer Arm against Rock and Steel types. Seeing as a SE Ice Punch does the same as neutral Return, the last slot is up for grabs - your other options are Retaliate (JCM's favourite), Pursuit, and Sucker Punch.

...anyway, i'm done, hope I helped xP

I am the Slaking pro, i recommend Retaliate, Return, Earthquake and Night Slash. Combine that with Adamant Nature and this EV spread: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP. Have him hold a Choice Band and you got the greatest revenge killer in NU. And yes, Spoink is right, this guy is my favorite in NU.
But Spoink, i'd definitely replace Shuckle, maybe for a Probopass? It has Volt Switch, it can be helpful, and also learns S-Rock.
I usually cba to replace pokemon, but yeah, Lairon, Probopass, Golem, Bastiodon, Cradily are all good high defense rock types that learn Stealth Rock.

All right, let me give this a try.

Shuckle: I know people like shuckle because he has awesome Defenses, but the fact is, he really can't do much as a lead. Now people will give you all kinds of strategies with shuckle, but honestly he isn't going to put a huge dent in anybodies team. I'd suggest you rid of him. There are lots of options for leads. I personally like people that can get up Srocks, so that's what I'm going to give advice on. I'd suggest...
golem
Golem @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 SpD/
Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk) or Impish (+Def, -SpD)
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Rock Blast
-Sucker Punch

This set allows Golem to get up the rocks no matter what w/sturdy and then if all else fails use Sucker Punch to get some damage on the opponent before he dies. He'll be able to hit pretty hard with his STAB Stone Edge and EQ if he gets the chance.
eelektross
Elektross: The Electric gem is a one time use item, and after that Electross has nothing to support his bulk. Since you gave this guy some HP EVs, Leftovers might work out nicely, also possibly giving this guy some time to get a couple of coils in. If you wanted you could always give this guy Dragon Tail to phaze.
gardevoir
Gardevoir: Looks pretty good, but I don't know if he's strong enough to get off a Calm Mind. Perhaps you could just give him all offensive EVs. 252 SpAtk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP/ and instead of calm mind you could give him Signal Beam or Focus Blast for some more coverage.
absol
Absol: Suckerpunch, Suckerpunch, SUCKERPUNCH! Absol simply must have suckerpunch. Get rid of stone edge, and replace it with suckerpunch. Once you've rid yourself of stone edge you won't need Hone Claws, so you can just have Swords Dance. Remember, Suckerpunch.

Ludicolo: Errm, let's just completely redo this guy.
ludicolo
Ludicolo @ Leftovers
Trait: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 SpD/ 4 Def/
Calm (+SpD, -Atk)
-Leech Seed
-Giga Drain
-Scald
-Protect

If you max out the Special Defense, then you can take things like thunderbolts with no problem. Leech Seed not only restores your health, but it also saps away the opponents. Scald can burn, which will make your defense seem much higher, so there's little need for Defensive EVs. Protect lets you get your health back.
slaking
Slaking: Looks good for the most part, but there's just a couple of things I have to tweak. You should make him all power, so give him an adamant nature. Giga Impact is good, but try retaliate, for this makes Slaking an Excellent revenge killer, and you will be able to switch him out afterwards.

Best of luck to you and those on your NU team.
