I made this team and thought it looked pretty good, but it hasnt won once.

Staraptor (M)/Choice Scarf

EVs: 252atk. 252spd. 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Reckless
Moves:
Brave Bird
U-turn
Double Edge
Close Combat

This Staraptor makes a picture perfect suicide lead, with lots of power and lots of recoil. Scarf propels him to insane speeds, and Jolly only helps. Reckless boosts Brave Bird (Which is my main STAB) and Double Edge (Secondary STAB) to amazing levels. U-turn lets me escape/scout. Espeon will usually be the one getting sent in after U-turn, mainly to bounce back status/hazards. Close Combat hits resisting steel and rock types

Espeon (F)/Life orb

EVs: 252spatk. 252spd. 4 HP
Nature: Timid
Ability: Magic Bounce
Moves:
Calm Mind
Shadow Ball
Psyshock
HP Fighitng

Espeon will usually come in on a status or hazard move, letting her switch in safely, consequently letting her set up a rain of terror. Life Orb gives her attacks an extra umph, while timid nature makes her one quick cat. Calm Mind gets her special stats up to threatening levels, while shadow ball provides good coverage. Psyshock hits Blissey and other special walls/tanks really hard, especially after a Calm Mind, and HP fighting provides dark coverage, as well as hitting many other types super effectively.

Slowbro (M)/Leftovers

EVs: 252HP. 252def. 4 spatk
Nature: Bold
Ability: Regenerator
Moves:
Slack Off
Thunder Wave
Scald
Disable

Slowbro is a beast, and just because he is in UU does not mean he isn’t a monstrous physical tank. With Leftovers, Regenerator, and Slack Off, Slowbro has no trouble with recovery, and Thunder Wave allows him to cripple enemy sweepers, often moving first after the foe’s paralyzation. Scald is pretty powerful, and has a chance to burn if the enemy is not already paralyzed/poisoned. Disable is plain annoying, because I can take away one of the foe’s moves, and that move is most likely their best move against slowbro (Who can most likely take whatever is coming), since that’s the one they’ll be using.

Blissey (F)/ Leftovers

EVs: 252spdef. 252 HP. 4spd
Nature: Impish
Ability: Natural Cure
Moves:
Wish
Heal Bell
Seismic Toss
Toxic

Blissey is the queen of special walls, and she is notorious in OU for stopping special sweepers in their tracks. Wish can heal blissey and allies, and heal bell is almost essential for wiping the status of otherwise crippled allies, so she’s a cleric too. Seismic Toss chips away the HP of enemies, while Toxic slowly kills the foe off.

Scizor (M)/Life Orb

EVs: 252atk. 252spd. 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
Moves:
Swords Dance
Bullet Punch
Bug Bite
Roost

Scizor is extremely common in OU, and for a good reason too, becasue he posseses god-like power with access to priority, technician, and swords dance. Adamant nature adds to the punishment, and swords dance is kind of obvious. Bullet Punch is main STAB due to priority and technician boost. Bug Bite is secondary STAB, hitting harder but without priority. Roost is for longetitivity.

Crobat (M)/Black Sludge

EVs: 252 HP, 252spd. 4atk.
Nature: Timid
Ability: Infiltrator
Moves:
Taunt
Roost
Brave Bird
Super Fang

The wallbreaker from UU made it into my team. I realize Scizor and Staraptor hit hard, but I need something to shut down things like skarmory and ferrothorn as well. Crobat can set up a speedy taunt, and then super fang the opposing wall, cutting their HP in half, exposing them to a threatening STAB Brave Bird. Roost heals off the damage caused by Brave Bird. Black Sludge is for recovery, and his immunity to poisoning, and his ability to bypass reflect make his job as a wallbreaker that much easier.

Crobat has an illegal EV spread. 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd is illegal.
Oh, I meant 4 atk

I think the sad truth of why this team isn't winning might be because it isn't abusing weather...
Or the fact that you are getting pwned because half of your isn't even OU...
I have made a team with 3 NU's, 1 UU, and 2 OUs. It was successful. Before BW2, that is.
Slowbro works great in OU, and I decided to try crobat becasue I wanted a fast taunter. Plus Staraptor might as well be OU, so I only have 2 UU pokemon
Sometimes it's not the team, maybe the person playing... I know because I have used otherwise succesful teams and lost.
Slowbro has been seeing more and more use in OU thanks to being an important part of the Amoonguss+Slowbro Regenerator core.

And Staraptor is pretty much OU.

But I think Spoink is right. Weather is in 50% of OU battles. Not making use of this or accounting for this can easily lead to your downfall.
Yeah, I need to start doing weather more but im not really good at it, so thats why I haven't been.

I'll rate it! OU is such a great teir.

Staraptor:
I love staraptor. He's great. Some people might replace him because of his recoil, but I like him. The scarf is a good idea, but make him Adamant. He's unnecessarily fast, and with the high attack he's going to be SO powerful.

Espeon:
You're right, he does look good on paper. However, I don't think this guy would be as good in the game. You look at Espeon's Sp. Defense and think, wow, not bad at all. But he has low HP and his threats usually come from the physical side, like Suckerpunch and Scizor's Bug Bite. I have several psychic options for you, that in my opinion would work with your team better.

Option #1)

Latias @Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Bold(+Def, -Atk)
-Calm mind
-Psyshock
-Refresh/Recover
-Dragon Pulse

This option is for something that's not at all frail, and has the bulk to get up some Calm Minds. He's fast too.

Option #2)

Metagross @Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 Sp.D
Nature: Adamant(+Atk, -Sp.Atk)
-Meteor Mash
-Hammer Arm
-Earthquake
-Zen Headbutt

This guy is such a tank. He just plows his way through the opponents team with his great moveset coverage. His biggest threat IMO is a burn. He can usually take an EQ.

Option #3)

Reuniclus @Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Sp.Atk
Nature: Bold(+Def,-Atk)
-Recover
-Calm Mind
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball/ Energy Ball

No one listens to me when I say this guy is good. With such amazing defense he can take a Crunch. He can get up calm minds, and he cannot be withered away with Toxic or Burn. You can choose Shadow ball if you want to rid of ghosts, or energy ball to get Gastrodon, who I run into often.

Slowbro:
Well, you already have a psychic. A water-type will do you good, and it looks like you're trying to find a bulky one. Try...

Suicune @Leftovers
Trait:Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/ 104 Sp.Atk/ 76 Def/
Nature: Bold(+Def, -Atk)
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam
-Calm Mind
-Toxic

Wonderfully bulky, we have yet another calm minder, and even though he's UU, this guy is definitely going to be a great addition to your team.

Blissey:
Wonderful! We have the special wall that will do your team good. He has the basic blissey set, I have no additions, just stay away from physical moves, obviously.

Scizor: Yay! We know how much I love Scizor, and I'd be MORE than happy to give my advice. Since we are in OU, there are going to be two categories of pokemon. Fast pokemon, and slow pokemon. Scizor shouldn't be an in-betweener. If you ask me, he's a slow pokemon. And the speed EVs are even more useless sense you aren't running U-turn. So! Give those 252 Speed EVs to HP, and he can live to get up some swords dances, and he has bullet punch, which is going to go first anyway. I don't have a roost scizor, mine has superpower, but Roost goes nicely with a scizor that has a life orb and is particularly bulky.

Crobat: No. He's just not going to be that bulky taunting flying type you want. Especially not in OU. If you go with what I suggested, you're going to have plenty of bulk on your team already. Right now you only have two (Maybe 3 depending on how much of my advice you took) real attackers. There are PLENTY of attackers that you can find for yourself and I'm sure you'll choose just fine, but let me name a few that I like.

Terrakion @Choice Band
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Jolly(+Spe, -Sp.Atk)
-Stone Edge
-Close Combat
-Earthquake
-X-Scissor

A good attacker, with fairly nice speed...

Landorus @Expert Beld
Trait: Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Jolly(+Spe, -Sp.Atk)
-Stone Edge
-U-turn
-Superpower
-Earthquake

You're awesome ground type that get's a stab EQ.

Best of luck to you and your OU team, hopefully it works as good as it looks on paper. ;)
