Ok, The first Pokemon I recommend for your team that meets with your request should be Hydreigon as it is both a Dark as well as a Dragon type Pokemon. It has access to Surf and Fly and is a great powerhouse profiting from a very high Special Attack stat and a high Attack Stat. It also has access to various powerful moves such as Focus Blast, Fire Blast, ark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Earthquake etc...

The second Pokemon I recommend using should be Metagross. Although it can only be obtained quite late in the game, you cn get it before you battle Ghetsis and the E4. It is a steel/psychic type Pokemon and has a very very high Attack stat and stellar defensive stats. It also has access to various powerful moves such as: Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Hammer Arm, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch etc...

The third Pokemon I recommend should be Zoroark. It is a Dark type Pokemon and it can be obtained quite early in-game as it will be given to you when you get to Driftveil City. Similar to Hydreigon it has both a nice Attack as well as a Special Attack stat. It is a very fast Pokemon and it has access to a lot of interesting and powerful moves that make it disguise itself like any Pokemon you desire (with some that disguise better then the others). Flamethrower, Night Daze, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Brick Break, Foul Play are all in it's range ;)

The fourth Pokemon is like you requested a Dragon type Pokemon. Haxorus should be the most powerful non-legendary dragon type Pokemon in the whole of nova. It's Attack stat rivals that of Zekrom and it's speed is certainly not disappointing. It can be obtained quite early in-game as you can catch it at Mistralton Cave. It has access to very powerful and useful moves such as: Dragon Dance, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Brick Break, Earthquake etc...

Genesect was also a request of yours so so be it. Although it can only be obtained through event, I am sure you will know how to get one ;). It can learn fly which is quite useful in-game and it's great typing only render it weak to one type, the fire type. It has access to so many powerful moves such as: Bug Buzz, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt etc...

Well I  don't know if you are going to keep your starter but anyhow, any starter that you like will do
If you are going to replace it, the last Pokemon I will recommend is a Psychic type Pokemon. A powerful psychic type in the name of Gothitelle. I would recommend Reuniclus but he can't be obtained in Black 2 ¬.¬
However Gothitelle still remains an excellent Pokemon. It can be caught near Opelucid City which can be accessed quite early in-game. It has access to again powerful moves such as: Thunderbolt, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast etc..

So this is what I could think of, hope you like it :)

Sure, I will help you build a team with the requested types :)

oh but Scizor can't be caught in Black/White 2 but I am pretty sure you know that and have something covered so I will help you build your requested team :)
But that should be in a few hours from now since it is 3:03 AM here xD

Oh it was my greatest pleasure :)

And yes, joining my group is really not hard however there are a few requirements:
- Find a (Pokemon) character that has a colored stroke in his/her hair.
- Post the character that you have found on my wall (Castle Valet Darach, Colress, Winona are taken)

After you have done this, you are officially a member of the group :D

The moveset that you suggested for Starmie was good however I would suggest going for more reliable moves as Thunder can be inaccurate outside of rain and icy wind's only benefit is that it lowers speed. I don't think rapid spin is of any use since you will barely see stealth rocks in-game. For this reason I suggest: Surf(STAB). Psychic(STAB), Ice Beam, Thunderbolt
As for Aerodactly I would suggest that he would be your flyer over Ho-oh so that Ho-oh can utilize I wider movepool. Rock Slide is probably the best move to use for Aerodactyl in G/S seeing that Stone Edge didn't exist back then. Earthquake is a very nice move to have on Aerodactly seeing as it will do a lot of damage to all Pokemon that don't resist it. If your Aerodactly has Rock Head, then I would suggest teaching it Double Edge as you will be able to spam this powerful move without any recoil damage, if this isn't the case and it's pressure then I would suggest using Return. When your Aerodactly's happiness is at max, the power of Return rivales that of Giga Impact, only, you don't need to spend a turn recharging :D

Oh and Ho-oh could always be picked over Typhlosion after all, it's your choice :)

Feraligatr, Arcanine, Electabuzz, Vileplume, Aerodactyl, Alakazam/Espeon
