This is a very handy Baton pass set which has helped me out a lot of times. You can choose from the physical or the special one.

[email protected] berry(special)/Maranga berry(physical)
IVs: As much as you can ;)
EVs: 252 Hp/ 252 Def(special) or Spd(physical)/ 4 Att
Nature: Impish(special) or Careful(physical)

-Flame Charge
-Roost
-Bulk Up(physical) or Calm Mind(special)
-Baton Pass

So here's the logic:
For the physical set you will pass down Att and Def boosts from Bulk Up, an Spd boost from the Maranga berry and Spe boosts from Flame Charge. A careful nature because you don't need Spa but you do need the Spd boost and you should also put 252 Evs on Spd since you can already boost Def with Bulk Up. Roost is there to heal.

For the special set you will pass down Spa and Spd boosts from Calm Mind, a Def boost from the Kee berry and Spe boosts from Flame Charge. An Impish nature because you don't need Spa but you do need the Def boost and you should also put 252 Evs on Def since you can already boost Spd with Calm Mind. Roost is there to heal.

Furthermore, you should put 252 Evs on Hp for maximum endurance and the 4 Att Evs are just there for Flame Charge, although it really doesn't make a big difference.

This is a fast special sweeper, slightly bulky with all those EVs. Flamethrower is for type coverage against bug types, Aura Sphere for Dark, Dazzling Gleam also for Dark and at Ghost. Psyshock/ Psychic for STAB.

Baton Pass Mew:
Mew @Weakness Policy
EVs: 252 Def/ 252 SP Def/ 6 HP
Moves:
Roost (Just in case you need to heal)
Baton Pass (To give the next Pokemon all your stats)
Barrier (Sharply raises Defense, which is helpful)
Calm Mind (Raises special attack and special defense)
The way I use Mew:
I send out mew first then I use Calm Mind two times, then Barrier. I Baton Bass to a special attacker in my team, so it gets good special attack and sweep like Manectric and etc.
Another way I use mew:
If my opponent starts with a Dark/Bug/Ghost type, that's a good thing so you raise your stats so don't worry. If it's a physical attacker, go for Barrier. If its a special attacker go, for Calm Mind two times, then, if the opponent hits you with a super effective attack, you get the boost and Baton Bass and sweep with a special attacker or a physical attack.

Tricky Mew

Mew @ Assault Vest
EVs: 4 Def / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Impish/Adamant
Moveset:
Sucker Punch
Drain Punch
Earthquake/Leech Life
Fake Out

This set is actually pretty cool. A lot people tend to keep fragile leads in on Mew, thinking they can OHKO him. Your only real problem is Knock Off.
Use Fake Out first. Sucker Punch is priority, Earthquake is coverage. Drain Punch increases your life span. Leech Life is also an option, because a lot of other Psychics tend to switch into this.
Adamant nature for more power, Impish for longevity.

Is "SPD" speed or special defense?
speed.
imma fix it...
thanks
Um.. I don’t get your explanation very well.  Why do people tend to keep fragile leads, and what does fragile leads mean. Who thinks that, you or the opponent (people tend to keep  fragile leads). What does OHKO mean. Why is Knock a problem. I also have more questions. So in total, can you explain your strategy more so people could understand. I know a little but not a lot. Please help me!

Hello, this is GreenBoy here. So you want a good move set for mew right? This may not be the best move set mew should have but it is good. So let’s get to it.

The first move mew should have is “transform”. If you have a opponent that is stronger than your mew, you could just transform into them. So you would deal good damage to your opponent.

The second move you should have is “me first”. If you have this attack, you can take your opponent’s move and reflect it to your opponent with times 1.5 power. So the move you copied will be 1.5 times stronger than when it was used by your opponent.

The third move you should have is “endeavor”. This move (if your hp is lower) will reduce your opponents hp low enough so it will match your hp. This is a very good move to have if your opponent is a good attacker.

The last move you should have is “Echoed Voice” because this move keeps doubling the power every time you use it. It starts of with a low power (40) but the power doubles (goes to 80 then 160 and so on). Having this is nice, but your opponent might have a really good move and might not let your power get too high (they might finish you off). For that, you can use your other moves to defend. If you are too concerned about it, then just make mew learn a attack that does a decent or a lot of damage. So if you don’t want echoed voice, you can have something like dragon claw or thunder. You could also have earthquake, but that is your only attacking move, so if there was a flying Pokémon as your opponent, you would have to use transform. If you don’t want Echoed voice, then I suggest you have the move “Sky Attack” because the move has a lot of power and good accuracy.

So here is my thinking:
(You can choose any nature but I chose Jolly)
Mew @ Expert Belt
Ability: Synchronize
Nature: Jolly (+ Speed and -Sp. Attack)
EVs: Should grow towards Attack and Sp.attack and Speed
-Transform
-Me First
-Endeavor
-Echoed Voice/Sky Attack/Other decant move

Thank you for taking the time and patience to read it all.
