I would think:

Earthquake: Must I explain?

Psychic: STAB, good power, high accuracy, chance to lower SP. Def.

Rain Dance: Weakens Fire and provides team support.

Trick Room: Provides team support while making Bronzor go first in many cases.

LC? what's LC?
LC stands for Little cup, where you battle with unevolved level 5 pokemon.
Smogon has the rules for LC also.

Hmm. not much point in putting attack moves on Bronzor, he's got pretty pitiful offensive stats. But he's got great defenses and pretty good HP, so let's work with that. Also with the LC sets, I'll list their means of learning the move.

Light Screen (TM)-boosts his SP defense, as well as the rest of his team.

Reflect(TM)boosts his defenses. (I'd hate to see one with light clay!)

gyro ball/Earthquake/psychic-He could use one attacking move to deal with taunt. gyro ball would be the best because of STAB and the fact that no types are immune to steel (it would suck for a flying type to taunt you and your only move was earthquake, same thing with dark types and psychic)

Toxic/safeguard-Toxic to damage, or safeguard for team support, I'd prefer Toxic

Other good moves include (all learned through TM): these are more situational for specific teams.
calm mind
stealth rock
Rain Dance
trick room

For Bronzor:
Gyro Ball: Low Speed, STAB, Perfect.

Toxic: Obviously

Stealth Rock: Gets Rid OF Fire though you hate it, you know its a good move for Bronzor.

Anything: Earthquake/Safeguard/Payback/Signal Beam: Whatever The Heck You Want. Just Only Have # Moves If You Want. Protect can Also be good though:)

Well, I used this set, and I tanked half a team once. Toxic and stealth rock really work!
Bronzor @ Eviolite
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 220 HP / 4 Atk / 68 Def / 4 SAtk / 148 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Psychic
- Toxic
- Gyro Ball
This... set... works. I know this is an old question, but I felt like posting.
