Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Whirlpool
- Yawn
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power / Hydro Pump / Scald

Whirlpool an opponent to trap them, then use Yawn. The opponent will be completely crippled, allowing you to freely switch out and set up. The last two moves are for more reliable attacking power. Ice Beam covers your Grass weakness, Earth Power covers Electric, and Hydro Pump/Scald are better STAB than Whirlpool.
