Gen VII

Heatmor @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Fire Lash
- Pursuit / Knock Off
- Will-O-Wisp
- Stockpile

The overall strategy is to use Stockpile, Will-O-Wisp, and Leftovers to tank hits while Fire Lash wears down the opponent. Pursuit can be used to attack fleeing foes while Knock Off provides useful utility.

This is essentially a Toxic staller except Fire Lash and Will-O-Wisp are used in place to provide more bulk.

Heatmor @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Flamethrower
- Scorching Sands
- Giga Drain
- Overheat

Flamethrower is STAB. Scorching Sands covers Rock types and has the chance to burn. Giga Drain hits Rock, Water, and Ground types and heals Heatmor. Overheat is more powerful than Flamethrower, but you have to switch out after using it. Overheat lets you break past a wall you would usually struggle to break.

#BURNING DEATH!!!

Burning Death (Heatmor) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Power-Up Punch
- Fire Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Sucker Punch

A decent physical set, makes work in PU. Physical Heatmor is so good as he can't be willowed thanks to being Fire type. best of all, he hits 558 Pokemon super effectively, and the rest for neutral. Good luck with your BURNING DEATH!!!

Wouldn’t fire lash be better than fire punch?

Heatmor (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Gluttony
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
- Stockpile
- Belch
- Giga Drain
- Fire Blast / Flamethrower

Details/strategy:
Stockpile boosts both defenses and will turn Heatmor into a tank. Starting off using this move gives the chance for Heatmor to take a hit and activate the berry early on.
Belch deals great damage and can be used repeatedly after consuming the berry.
Giga Drain is for coverage and additional healing.
Fire Blast has great STAB and not too bad accuracy (compared to Inferno), but if you want more secure accuracy, then Flamethrower is for you.

Good move set, but if I'm not mistaken gluttony doesn't affect the sitrus berry consumption since gluttony makes a pokemon eat the berry at 50% hp and that's already the case with the sitrus berry. So you'd be better off using white smoke or flash fire.

Gen VII

Heatmor @ Life Orb / Fightinium Z / Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Fire Lash
- Sucker Punch / Superpower / Thunder Punch
- Sucker Punch / Superpower / Thunder Punch
- Pursuit

The idea of this set is to hit the opponent with Fire Lash and then use Pursuit if they try to switch. The other two moves are just coverage.

Gen 8 ZU
Heatmor
Heatmor @ Assault Vest
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Attack
- Fire Blast / Flamethrower
- Giga Drain
- Scorching Sands
- Knock Off

Fire Blast is strong STAB, but has 85% accuracy. You could use Flamethrower instead of Fire Blast for less power but more accuracy. Giga Drain provides coverage to all types that Heatmor is weak to. Scorching Sands has a 30% chance to burn the opponent, which is useful for crippling physical attackers. The purpose of Knock Off on this set is to remove the opponent's item.

Physical

Heatmor @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fire Lash
- Knock Off
- Superpower
- Thunder Punch / Taunt / Stomping Tantrum / Rock Tomb

Fire Lash is a STAB move with a chance to lower Defense, and if it switches into a Fire type move (or if the opposer is dumb enough to click Flamethrower while Heatmor is in), its power is boosted by 50% because of Flash Fire. Knock Off is item removal and is pretty strong. Superpower crushes Rock types. Thunder Punch hits Water types, Stomping Tantrum hits Rock types without having to switch out the next turn, Taunt to stop a status move like Thunder Wave, Toxic, or Stealth Rock. Rock Tomb cripples switch-ins by dropping Speed.

Defensive

Heatmor @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly / Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Knock Off
- Taunt
- Stockpile / Rock Tomb

Will-O-Wisp burns the enemy. Knock Off cripples switch-ins with item removal. Taunt stops status moves. Stockpile to raise Heatmor's defenses, Rock Tomb to cripple switch-ins by lowering Speed.
