Do both Yancy & Curtis have a crush on the player character?

Just wondering. Because it seems Curtis has a crush on Rosa, and I play B2W2 as a girl.

Yancy and Curtus are the owner(s) of the lost Xtransceiver you find near the Ferris wheel in Nimbassa City. If the player character is a boy, then you'll get Yancy. If the player character is a girl then you'll get Curtus.

Starting from the thirtieth call, Curtis' sprite will begin to blush
when talking on the Xtransceiver with the female player, implying he
has developed feelings for her. It's the same with Yancy when she's
talking with the male player.

So yes they both have a crush on the player

In my game, Curtis's name doesn't show up anymore
after i called him a few times,
is there something i need to do in order for his name to pop up so i can call him?

BUT I DON'T WANT A BOYFRIEND!!!!!!!!! xD Lol, I know but I'd just dump him if he asked me out but I know he doesn't.
