Trick room & Chlorophyll?

Question

Ok so say I have a Tangrowth and I'm battling under the trick room circumstances, then a Pokemon uses sunny day, does my tangrowth (w/ chlorophyll) go first or last? the other Pokemon's speed is only slightly higher than tangrowths base speed.

If Tangrowth's speed is lower than the opponents, sunny day is activating chlorophyll, and Trick room is in effect, the sun will speed Tangrowth up, but the trick room makes faster Pokemon slower, so the opponent's Pokemon will attack first.
