How about this for size. Just tried this out on my leavanny and it definitely gets the job done competitively since she has great stats for a bug type.

Leavanny

Leavanny @ Focus Sash / Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll (If you wanna run a sun team) / Overcoat (just wait to see why!)
EV's: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature (I prefer Jolly for more late-game cleanup)
- Leaf Blade (Her best move. Good damage/High critical hit ratio)
- Fell Stinger / Knock Off
- Return
- Camouflage

Okay, okay, I know but hear me out! Leaf blade... great damage helps K.O. those pesky rock and ground types, and water types get massacred (let's not talk about dual types - water/rock, water/ground, rock/ground). Then we have the almighty 30 damage fell stinger. Despite this moves super low damage it's usefulness is ridiculous... +2 attack on a 103 Atk/92 Spd Pokemon with max EV's and a chlorophyll? Literally walking on sunshine. Super sweeper. Now this is the interesting part..... Everyone knows that Leavanny gets demolished by Fire and Flying type moves. Not even Arceus can save Leavanny from a Mega-Charizard Y, butttttttt.... give her Camouflage to take away the type disadvantages during Wi-Fi play or Battle Maison play and you have yourself some pretty even playing grounds.

Camouflage gives you normal typing in those battle grounds or you could even run a terrain mon if you want a specific type. With that normal typing you get STAB Return with max happiness from just EVOLVING Swadloon to Leavanny (OMFG). Let's break it down.... 102 base damage + STAB= 153 base damage (Stronger than Giga Impact AND Hyper Beam without the turn loss) + Life Orb (extra 30% damage) = 199 base damage (quit now...) + 1 Fell Stinger revenge kill buff = GG... Just tell them to hand over their pink slips cause it's over... unless you're fighting a ghost type lol. And that's why you can choose between Fell Stinger and Knock off. Get rid of those pesky Gengars, destroy Rock/Ground/Water types. And Return everything else where it came from lol. Great set with lot's of perks. Plus you only have one weakness that people don't usually carry (Fighting). Oh and before I forget again, Overcoat ability would be great with a Camouflage Leavanny because without the grass typing you lose the powder resistances (Stun spore, Poison Powder, Sleep Powder, etc.) and Overcoat would continue to give you those benefits plus Sandstorm and Hail resistance without the Bug typing which is pretty good if you're not running a Drought/Sunny Day team/mon.

Sorry for the long explanation lol but it works.

This is my Leavanny. I like it.

Leavanny
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Leaf Blade (STAB)
- X-Scissor (STAB)
- Me First (Because I thought it was Priority, but it's not.... it saved me soooooo many times against a Haxorus or Mienshao... idiots always use Outrage/Acrobatics respectively)
- Swords Dance (Need a buffer, it's pretty weak as is...)

You've already posted an answer!!!
Your point being? I can post as many answers as I want for moveset questions. Undo your down vote. You have to remember that I am an editor. If it was against the rules, I wouldn't do it.
Why not just edit your old answer for it to be "Return/Shadow Claw"

Double/Triple Battle

Leavanny (M) @ Life Orb/Heat Rock
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Entrainment
- X-Scissor
- Leaf Blade/Razor Leaf
- Reflect/Light Screen/Sunny Day

Best known as Regigigas support. It can also help out other Pokemon with poor abilities. Or, think of a powerful Fire type Pokemon with Chlorophyll. Magmortar for example. Leavanny is an incredible Pokemon thanks to Entrainment and Chlorophyll. If you don't already have a Pokemon that set up Sunny Day, you can also use Leavanny to do that. If you do have such a Pokemon though, use on of the dual screens depending on where your team is weak as well as Life orb. X-Scissor is STAB. Leaf Blade and Razor Leaf are STAB. The choice is between the higher power of Leaf Blade or the multiple Pokemon hitting of Razor Leaf.

Leavanny (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- X-Scissor
- Leaf Blade
- Shadow Claw
- Retaliate

Can play revenge and can sweep.
X-scissor + Leaf Blade gives some great dual STAB.
Shadow claw provides nice coverage.
While Retaliate gives you neutral coverage, and a high powered move to come slaughter something with then switch out (Something that Leaf Blade can't hit neutrally).

Has no one seen that it gets Sticky Web?!

Role: Leadvanny

Leavanny @ Light Clay

252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Sticky Web
- Knock Off

Sticky Web setter. That's really it.

That's my Leavanny [Sun/Moon]

Leavanny @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fell Stinger
- Leaf Blade
- Agility
- Aerial Ace

Sun & Moon basically gave Leavanny some very appreciated love. Now Fell Stinger has a workable 50 BP while raising Atk by +3 when Leavenny KOs a Pokemon, making it a great move for a sweeping set.
Agility boosts your Spe by +2, letting Leavanny outspeed some common threats with the nice 92 base Speed and Jolly.
Leaf Blade for your main hard hitting STAB attack with a boosted critical hit ratio.
And Aerial Ace for further coverage.

Type Coverage:
Imunne: 0
Resist: 30
Neutral Hits: 409
Super Effective Hits: 469

Sun Sweeper is Fun Sweeper

PraiseTheSun (Leavanny) @ Focus Sash
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 ATK, 252 SPEED, 4 SP.DEF
-Leaf Blade (STAB)
-Steel Wing/Shadow Claw
-X-Scissor/Me First
-Swords Dance

Leavanny pairs GREAT with Primal Groudon in doubles, as whenever it comes out it summons sun automatically. Unfortunately, Leavanny has terrible coverage, however Primal Groudon covers these weaknesses nicely with Earth Power, Stone Edge, and Eruption. Leavanny is all around a pretty good Pokemon, it even has the same BST as Scizor, but it's bad typing holds it back.

Me First is kinda gimmicky and really not reliable or useful in most situations. Also, you don't need coverage for the sake of coverage. Ask yourself what is Shadow Claw or Steel Wing beating that it's other moves don't. Then ask yourself how difficult, common or powerful those pokemon are.

I'll rate for your Solaire reference though.

Role: Sweeper (Possible Sunny Day Set-up)

Leavanny @ Life Orb (Swarm) / Heat Rock (Chlorophyll)
Ability: Chlorophyll (Sunny Day) / Swarm (Entrainment)
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- X-Scissor
- Swords Dance
- Sunny Day / Entrainment

Leaf Blade is STAB with a high critical hit chance. X-Scissor is also STAB and boosted by Swarm. Swords Dance is set-up. The last slot depends on what strategy you want to use. Since Leavanny has 6 weaknesses, 2 of which being ×4, it might not survive the first attack. Leavanny is faster than some, so it could set up a Sunny Day. Entrainment, with Swarm, assuming the target has no Bug-type moves, could cause the opponent to have a useless Ability! Yay!

I'm noticing a suspicious lack of crit machine movesets (my favourite kind of semi-cheese, semi-consistent moveset), so here you go. Watch as your opponents are confused as to why you Leavanny is getting so many crits and call you out for hacking.

Leavanny@Scope Lens
Jolly Nature
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP

  • Leaf Blade
  • X-Scissor
  • Slash
  • Shadow Claw

First off, you'll notice that I have three high-crit moves and a scope lens, hence the fact that this is a crit set. X-Scissor is there because Leavanny learns no other high-crit moves, so a STAB move is the next best thing. Swarm is better than Chlorophyll or Overcoat since this isn't a sun moveset, Leavanny is already immune to powder and spore moves, and weather damage really isn't a real issue for the most part. Swarm isn't great, but it'll be a factor far more often than the others. Jolly nature was chosen over adamant since you already have a decently high critical hit rate, so more speed with be better than more attack. EVs are standard physical sweeper EVs.
