A mixed Bidoof with pretty good coverage. Bidoof has a pretty poor physical movepool, so I just figured why not abuse Simple with Work Up?

Bidoof @ Eviolite
enter image description here
Trait: Simple
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 236 SAtk / 36 Def
Rash Nature
- Work Up
- Return
- Superpower
- Shadow Ball

EVs and Nature give him 14 in each attack stat, perfect to be boosted. Work Up turns Bidoof into a killer by boosting both attacking stats by 2 stages. Return is a nice powerful STAB move. Superpower seems very fitting for Bidoof, and covers the Rock and Steel types Return can't hit. The attack drop is not minded because of the boosts. Shadow Ball covers Ghost types who are immune to it's two other attacking moves.

I really like this set  :) +1
Thanks! :)
Wow, I just realised that I haven't upvoted much in a while o.o, in fact, I haven't upvoted much at all!! *Facepalm* and there were so many good answers, I feel terrible...
I think I upvote WAY too much :P
Superpower has a -2 -2 drop btw. Thanks to Simple.
xD. It is good to upvote. Upvotes make you know that your answer is liked and/or that you have helped someone. It is essential that people feel appreciated :)

Bidoof is god.
Bidoof @ Eviolite
Adamant Nature
Trait: Simple
EVs: 204 HP / 236 Atk / 36 Def
-Curse
-Aqua Tail
-Return
-Quick Attack
Return & Aqua tail for good damage and coverage, quick attack for priority! Curse sets up:P and with simple it is a +2 Atk and +2 Def

Or if you want to run bidoof in ubers... moody!

Lol you just ripped this off the "Viable Moves" list on Showdown. :P
This answer provides correct information. Although I am not so keen about curse with simple since it can benefit a lot, but it can also make Pokemon hit you harder if you are as unlucky as I am xD

This cute little beaver is no other than the Pokémon version of Rick Astley. It also has not one, not two, but THREE God-tier abilities in Simple, Unaware and Moody. I guess that is why it is said to create Arceus huh?

Gen VII LC
Bidoof using 0.01% of its power
Bidoof @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Simple
EVs: 236 Atk / 116 Def / 116 SpD / 28 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Return/Double Edge
- Quick Attack/Aqua Tail
- Crunch/Aqua Tail

Simple boosted Swords Dance awakens Bidoof's power to a fair-game amount (Moody is so broken that it only uses it against foes like Mega Rayquaza)
Return is STAB and shows how lovely and TERRIFYING it can be
Double Edge is another STAB and shows no mercy to its mere mortal foes
Quick Attack showcases a speed 100x higher than Deoxys-Speed and even Regieleki
Crunch punishes evil Ghost types for being immune to its strongest attacks
Aqua Tail punishes evil ROCK types for trying to withstand its strongest attacks
