There are two new priority moves introduced in Pokemon X and Y. One of which is a new Fairy type move called, " Baby Doll Eyes " which lowers the target's Attack by one stage and has +1 priority. The other is Greninja's signature move, " Water Shuriken " which is a physical Water type move, hits 2-5 times, and has +1 priority.
