If you have a good moveset for Sylveon, post an answer below and upvote the best ones. Remember, this is for competitive movesets, not in-game. Ability, EVs etc should be included. More guidelines here.

Sylveon Pokedex & learnset for reference.

Sylveon (F) @Fairium Z
Ability: Cute Charm
Nature: Modest
-Calm Mind
-Moonblast
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball

Note This Sylveon is supposed to be for Sun and Moon.

Why:
Calm Mind- For boosting its already amazing stats
Moonblast- Great Fairy type Stab
Psyshock- Amazing Poison type coverage
Shadow Ball- I think all Eevee evolutions deserve this move

When/Where:
Calm Mind- Poni Island Poke Mart
Moonblast- Level 37
Psyshock- Ula'ula Island (Lake of the Sunne)
Shadow Ball- Ula'ula Island (Route 14) Lapras/Sharpedo needed

Hope this was helpful! :)
P.S. How do you insert pictures into an answer like this one?

Me. I don't like this cutie. in fact, I hate ALL the Eeveelutions (Including Eevee) Except for Jolteon.
This means you are not an eeveelution expert. This is me.
So,why you named yourself ButterscotchSylveon♡ .It should be ButterscotchJolteon♡
I only named myself ButterScotchSylveon after Beigeon from Pokemon Sweets.
Besides, what is so special about Eeveleelutions?

I RECOMMEND THIS FOR A BULKY PHYSICAL DEF SYLVEON
Sylveon
Nature: Bold (+ Def, - Atk)
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp. Atk
Moveset:
Refresh: To cure burns, paralysis, and poison.
Moonblast: Your STAB move.
Draining Kiss/Rest: For your healing move, since we're running bulky physical def Pokemon.
Psych Up: To copy opponent's stat changes. (good for stalling Chansey as well)

Sylveon @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Hyper Voice
- Hyper Beam/Wish/Draining Kiss/Protect
- Hidden Power [Ground]

Calm mind boosts stats, HP Ground covers both weaknesses, Hyper Beam if you want to go overkill, Hyper Voice because Pixilate, Wish/Protect/Draining Kiss for Healing as Sylveon does not have the best Defense. After setting Up +6, I tested and only two or three Pokemon can survive a Hyper Beam. Check it in a damage calculator if you want. I use this a lot in competitive.

Sylveon attack spammer set

Item: Pixie plate (Powers up fairy-type moves)
Nature: doesnt really matter with this set
Ability: Cute Charm (makes him more defensive)

Moonblast (Sweeper move)
Draining kiss (heals 75% of the damage dealt)
Swift (Gets rid of poisen and fire types and never misses)
Dazzling gleam (does a crap load of damage and hits both enemies in double battles)

Sylveon is pretty strong with special attack, so Moonblast is nice to use.
Draining kiss gives alot of health back, and is for some reason a special attack.
Swift can cover up the not-very-effectives on poisen and fire and never misses.
Dazzling gleam does alot of damage and hits both targets. spam it in Battle maison double battle mode, and you destory evrything.

Pixie plate makes fairy moves even more powerful.
For cute charm to work, you have to get a melee on Sylveon first, and then it fas in love and has a low chance of actually attacking. also deals with melee moves.

Doesn't matter? Modest guys...you know what nature is right?
The nature matters because what if you have a adamant one with that moveset
3 Fairy Type moves and a Normal type move? A Steel type can Wall this set.I 'd go with Moonblast, Psyshock, Calm Mind and Hidden Power Fire or Ground
HP Ground is better, as it covers Fire, Steel, and Poison.
