So I've explained to my brother a whole new concept for him: Hail Room Teams.
For those of you who doesn't know whazzat, Hail Room Teams turns Mega-Obamasnow's slowness to an advantage by setting up Trick Room, thus making slower Pokémons the fastest.
My brother loved that, so he wants to create a Hail Room team. By the way, I am gonna post eventually his team to get some advices, now that he accepts criticism.
*(this is a long story for newer users on this site)
He consider having a Reuniclus and an Abomasnow to open out. Abomasnow sets up the Hail, then Reuniclus uses Trick Room so that he gets the priority. But he wonders is it is worthy to consider Dual Screens in Reuniclus's set in order to get something like:
Reuniclus @ Light Clay:
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 Sp.Def
IVs: 0 Speed
- Light Screen
- Focus Blast
- Trick Room
Or to leave the Dual Screen setting to another Pokémon,
Or not to use Dual Screens at all.
So, three choices; one answer:
1) Reuniclus w / Dual Screens + Trick Room
2) Another PKMN w / Dual Screens ; Reuniclus w / Trick Room
3) No Dual Screens at all, Reuniclus w / Trick Room
What he said:
" Dual Screens are useful in any team, but if I were to pick the first choice, then Reuniclus would be my key and without it, I may end up by losing. Also, this limits Reuniclus's choices.
If I were to take another PKMN with Dual Screens, I may waste a free slot; leaving three attackers.
Me: Leave the Dual Screens to another PKMN.
He: I am unsure. Can you ask the Database for help ?
Me: Of course I can :)
"I may have a third choice: Abandon Dual Screens. It may be wasting my time, finally."
Many thanks from me and him, btw ^^
Have a nice day ;)
