PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

Murkrow: The Staller
Item: Evolution Stone
Ability: Mischievous Heart
Taunt, Roost, Substitute, Toxic
Going first with status means you'll be safe with Sub-Roost. Taunt stops the foes from Taunting you. Toxic destroys the foe.

Scizor: Same as last Generation.
Item: None
Ability: Technician
Bullet Punch, Pursuit, Swords Dance, Acrobatics

Porygon-2: The Wall
Item: Evolution Stone
Ability: Trace
Recover, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Thunder Wave
Recover keeps Porygon2 alive longer, while Ice Beam and Thunderbolt make use of the fairly good Sp Attack (plus the chance of a x4 hit.) Thunder Wave is always helpful.

Politoed: Rain Bringer
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
Ice Beam, Scald, Hypnosis, Rest
All that matters is Drizzle, everything else is dressing. Get Politoed in, then get it out ASAP.

Kingdra: The Rain Dance Sweeper
Item: Lum Berry
Ability: Swift Swim
Outrage, Dragon Pulse, Waterfall, Ice Beam
Poor movepool means two Dragon type attacks. I have no care for smogon, so I'm allowed this.

Tyranitar: Surprise Guest
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Unnerve
Stone Edge, Earthquake, Crunch, Dragon Dance
A Pokemon that is sure to throw the foe off guard. Bring it in after Porygon-2 has cleared the way with Thunder Wave.

Ive got some Suggestions:

Scizor: With No Item, Scizors Technician isn't that great since Acrobat is no longer Boosted by it. The Life Orb is way more USeful with Priority. Id Recommend a Swords Dance Set: Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Bug Bite, Double Hit/Brick Break/Pursuit. All Excellent Moves, Boosted from Technician.

Everything else is Great:)
