Does the Glalie/Steelix in the ORAS demo have a 100% capture rate?

I've seen lots of people get it with one pokeball. So if I don't weaken it and throw a pokeball will it catch 100%.

YES,
They are meant to catch.No matter what you do ,It will catch.If you faint the Pokemon,It will respond.
