Yes

Shinies always look different no matter how small the difference.

Gen V

Here, Arceus shiny sprite differences were quite large.

enter image description here This is a shiny one.

For Gen VI

The difference is small except in the Normal one.

enter image description here This is non-shiny.
enter image description here This is shiny.

However, for other forms (Grass-type as an example) here's the sprites:

As you can see, the skin is only slightly darker and its eyes are differently colored. That's about it.

Hope this helps!

LOOK CLOSELY THERE IS A YELLOWISH TINT
But if you can't look close enough, not my problem.
In the video it is plainly yellow.
We have proof that shiny Arceus is always golden, not a shade lighter/darker.
either something is wrong in the video or showdown, or showdown has slightly less visible colors somehow.

Everything will stay the same as a normal Arceus with a plate, but the white parts will be yellow.
Normal Bug Dark Dragon Electric Fighting Fire Flying Ghost Grass Ground Ice Poison Psychic Rock Steel Water
Hope I helped!
