How high a level does a Pokemon in your party need to be to access the Fabled Cave Mirage spot in Alpha Sapphire?

my highest level Pokemon is a level 61 blaziken and I hate doing training. However, I do have a level 80 Deoxys in my PC. Is level 80 high enough?
