Blissey @ leftovers
Trait: natural cure
EVs: 252 hp / 252 sDef / 4 Def

- seismic toss (a good 100 dmg)
what is evlotion stone is it evolvite?

beacuase everstone is bad becuase you just waste a couple seconds

Chansey @Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
Evs: 252Def 128HP 128SpDef
Nature: Bold
Soft-Boiled
Refresh
Minimize
Hyper Voice
I edited the question because Chansey is the objectively best Pokemon now.

Here's mine:

Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Leftovers
Calm Nature: (+SpDef -Atk)
EVs: 126 Def/126 SpDef/252 HP/4 Speed
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic

If you are the heal lover, change ice beam or flamethrower or thunderbolt for Softboiled

Hope this is helpful.

You'll be surprised how much this one works.

Blissey (F)@Focus Sash or Focus Band
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Gentle (-Def +Sp.Def) or Calm (-Atk +Sp.Def)
EVs: 252 HP 252 Sp.Def 4 Speed

-Counter: Here's where you use that item. Because of extremely low Defence and extremely high HP, if the opponent walks into Counter they will not live to tell the tale.
-Toxic: You can see where I'm going here.
-Protect: You guessed it.
- Soft-Boiled: Works well if you rotate between this and Protect when facing Special Attackers after Toxic. Counter is for Physical opponents.

This one is prepared for pretty much anything, barring Steel- or Poison-types with special moves, physical Ghosts, or anything that runs Rest+Sleep Talk with special moves. Other than complications like that, you're golden. :)

Here's an amazing competitive Blissey. It's worked so far for me. I've updated this moveset!

Blissey

Blissey @ Focus Sash
Trait: Natural Cure
Hasty Nature
EVs: 252 Sp. Def / 252 Spd
Toxic
Soft-Boiled
Counter
HP Ground

So this Blissey has a dual function: it can either be a staller or a (possibly suicidal) killer. Let me explain my strategy:
If the opponent is a physical attacker, they probably know that they can easily KO a Blissey, so I use Counter. With the highest HP in the game and extremely low Defense, the physical move will probably knock Blissey down to 1 HP (thanks to the Focus Sash), which then will guarantee being able to KO the other Pokémon with Counter.
If the opponent is a special attacker, I go with a staller set. I first toxic and then Soft-Boiled all the damage away.
HP Ground is for Poisons and Steels that can't be poisoned, and for Taunt.

So there's my Blissey. If you like it or have anything to say regarding it, feel free to leave a vote/comment. Thanks to anyone who takes time to read this! :)

Watch out for skarmory D:
This also won't work against special poison types...
Alakazam Aggron Mega Absol Espeon Umbreon Gengar Venusaur
And this is the most common set in PS
Be careful of Thundurus-I since it is a prankster user so it makes it a viable taunt ab00ser
Almost any taunter will outspeed it lolz

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)

  • Calm Mind (Why not?)
  • Soft-Boiled (Why won't you die already!)
  • Ice Beam / Flamethrower / Thunderbolt (Further Coverage)
  • Psychic / Dazzling Gleam (Covers all its weaknesses)

I would first max out your SAtk and SDef with Calm Mind, then heal yourself with Soft-Boiled. After that hit the enemy/foe real hard with Ice Beam / Flamethrower / Thunderbolt. Psychic / Dazzling Gleam are great moves against Fighting Pokemon.

I started with Blissey but have since moved to Eviolite Chansey as a waller. That said, here's a fun Serene Grace Blissey I made that can really wreck people's day with a little luck:

Nature: Bold (+Defense -Attack)
Ability: Serene Grace (Damaging moves that can have a secondary effect on the target have a doubled chance of inflicting that effect).
EV Stats: +252 Defense, +152 Spec. Defense, + 106 HP improvable?
Held Item: King's Rock (All damaging moves have a 20% chance of flinching the opponent).
Moves: Charge Beam (Damage + 140% chance of boosting Spec. Attack), Fire Blast (Damage + 60% chance of inflicting burn), Ice Beam (Damage + 20% chance of freezing), Soft-Boiled (Heals 50% of HP).

This Blissey retains her defensive nature while being able to do effective special damage to most Pokemon types, with each offensive move also coming with a good chance of a secondary effect (Flinch, Burn, Frozen, guaranteed Spec. Attack boost). Burn is excellent as it lower's the opponent's attack stat, making Blissey much harder to kill.

Alternatives: Sweet Kiss over Ice Beam, Calm Mind over Charge Beam, Leftovers over King's Rock.

EDIT: After using this Blissey in a good number of battles now I have to say it's not bad at all, in fact I've been using it over Chansey pretty often as a rating battle sp. def. choice. If you can get just two Charge Beams off she really becomes a great attacker.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
Nature: Impish (+Def, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Def/252 SDef/4 HP
Moveset:

  • Toxic
  • Seismic Toss
  • Soft-Boiled
  • Wish/Heal Bell

Toxic is a good way for Chansey to dwindle down its opponent, and Seismic Toss also gives Chansey a good damage providing move. Soft-Boiled heals Chansey right back up, adding to the bulk. Wish and Heal Bell help the team out as well.

Oddly enough, Blissey can work well with an offensive set.
Blissey @ Leftovers / Wide Lens
Nature: Modest (+SpAtk -Atk)
EVs: 252 HP, 252 SpAtk, 4 Spd

  • Seismic Toss
  • Counter
  • Soft-Boiled / Hyper Beam
  • Toxic / Sing / Shadow Ball / Ice Beam

Seismic Toss is a pretty obvious choice. Counter works well with it's astronomically high HP to dole out extreme damage to the opponent if it exploits its very low defense. Soft-Boiled provides recovery in case the HP gets a bit too low, but it can be switched out for Hyper Beam if you want a nice powerful STAB. Toxic chips away at Ghost-Types. An alternative for Toxic would be Shadow Ball to take care of Ghosts with Blissey's usable SpAtk, and Ice Beam deals with a lot of things including Dragons. Sing can also be used, but it must be used in conjunction with the Wide Lens so then it has less chance(y) of missing. This set can do very well if used correctly and at the right time in the right place. Eviolite Chansey shouldn't use this set, since minimal Def is needed for Counter to work as best as it can.

I LOVE BLissey!
Trait: Natural Cure
EVS: 252 Def 252 252 SD
Nature: Bold
Counter, hyper-voice, Soft-boil, toxic,
item: Mago Berry
~Holy molly counter is good! I have an intimidate team so blissey can take a physical hit easily and ko the attacker with counter while spreading toxic :D:D:D

or attack blissey!!!
Trait: Serene Grace
EVS: 252 Def 252 252 SD
Nature: Bold
item: Life orb
blizzard, hyper-beam, soft-boil, toxic
~Most people dont see it coming! That 20% freeze hax on double targets is good! And hyperbeam can finish off most Pokemon after blizzard. I use with an intimidate team so that Blissey survives physical attacks better "D"D

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Soft-Boiled
- Mud Bomb
- Toxic
- Minimize/Protect

So, Soft-Boiled is for healing. Duh. Toxic is to poison opponents, because what's a staller without Toxic? Mud Bomb is super effective against the Pokemon that Toxic doesn't effect. Minimize is for Pokemon that are in-game, and Protect is otherwise. Minimize makes you harder to hit, while Protect gives you extra time for Leftovers + Toxic.

- Cosmic Power

I came up with this set to use alongside a skill swap mega Diancie. The set is unorthodox but gimmicky.
Blissey @Firium Z
Ability: Serene Grace (It gets Skill Swapped to Mega Diancie, who gives Blissey Magic Bounce.
Nature: Bold
EVs: 232 HP, 252 Def, 24 SpA
-Softboiled: for obvious reasons.
-Heal Pulse/Aromatherapy: keep Diancie healthy.
-Calm Mind/Ally Switch: boost special bulk or switch into a status move originally meant to hit Diancie.
-Fire Blast: while you could go for Flamethrower, it doesn’t have as much power as Fire Blast. This is meant to scare away unsuspecting Steel types like Scizor and Celesteela, who threaten Diancie. Firium Z is meant for handling bulkier Steel types.

Alternatively you could fit in Toxic somewhere.

For Core Series games, this is the best for Chansey and Blissey:

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 244 SDef / 12 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SpA)
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Soft-Boiled
- Minimize

Minimize twice, then Toxic. If you are hit, use Soft-Boiled. If Minimize doesn't work because of a move like Swift or Aura Sphere, use Seismic Toss to inflict some good damage. Give it a little bit of Speed EVs so it might go first, and load it up on Sp. Def and HP. Leftovers is my preference, but you could use a Focus Sash if you are worried about being knocked out in the turns while you still have low evasiveness.

Since Blissey is my favorite Pokémon, I practically use Blissey for every team I have. So this is my Ladder-Pushing Blissey.
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Nature Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SDef / 4HP
Nature: Bold
Soft Boiled ( You know why... OwO)
Toxic (To stall.)
Seismic Toss (Good 100 Power.)
Aromatherapy (I chose this over Heal Bell cuz I like a little color in my moveset XDD)
