When will the Pokémon Sun and Moon anime start back up for viewers in the US to watch In English dubbed?

The English Subbed Pokémon SM episodes are up on YouTube. They have episodes 1-14 up. As for the English Dubbed version, only episodes 1 and 2 have been up on YouTube.
