My Pokemon are criminally underleveled for this game, my team right now is, [Kommo-o, lvl 46,] [Rufflet, lvl 51,] [Incineroar, lvl 55,] [Electabuzz lvl 54] [Alolan Muk, lvl 54] and [Lapras, lvl 50]

READ MY UPDATE: I trained up my Pokemon a little, [Kommo-o lvl 49,] [Lapras, lvl 53] [Incineroar, lvl 56] [Electabuzz, lvl 57] [Braviary, lvl 54] [Alolan Muk, lvl 57]. Tell me if you want me to post movesets

I hope you don't mind, but I'll edit this update into your post so it is most visible. I'll also convert this post into a comment, since it isn't an answer to your question.

Honestly, I would just train at Mount Lanakila, as it has Pokemon that are weak against your types. Kommo-o can be used to train against Drampa(if you have Moon), Rufflet may be a bit tough, but you're almost to level 54, when he evolves, Incineroar can train against ice types, Electabuzz for ice type Pokemon as well, assuming you have a fighting move, and muk/lapras can beat anything there, so grind against everything you can find.

Hope I helped!

SOS train with a higher level Pokémon.

When I go SOS hunting, my main team (all around level 70) will level up at least once or more in the hunt depending on how long it is.

There's also the expanded probability of finding shinies, hidden abilities, and Pokémon with good natures, so that's an added bonus.
