Why wont the old lady give me strength? I got the cleanse tag but the other one just doesnt have anything for me?

No your not getting it I got one item from the old lady twins in the tower but the other one never gave me the HM

In Platinum, you get the HM04 strength on Iron Island from Riley in front of the cave entrance, not from the Lost Tower.
