It's probably because the other starters weren't receiving as much hype in Generation 6, and mega evolution itself lost its hype in Generation 7.
Why would they be able to? Just because some starters can mega evolve doesn't mean that all of them should be able to. It was the decision of the developers.
Also, are you even asking a question? Or are you just saying "Hey I think that these Pokemon should mega evolve"? If you're asking a question, nearly everything in the description of the question is extremely unnecessary.
Okay, I edited all the unnecessary stuff out.
Looking at the revisions, apparently you mentioned a Sceptilite C? Where did that come from?
DUDE dont u just shouldve not payed attention i was gonna write that down ._.
@kingofpronoobs
Who are you talking to? I understood none of your comment
@Gekky
It's a Roblox thing, apparently.

Essentially that ^

Other than Diancie, no Kalos Pokemon had Mega Evos, and that includes its starters Chesnaught, Delphox, and Greninja. Gen I starters (Venausaur, Charizard, and Blastoise), however, did because, well, they're fan favorites and since XY is the first game with Mega Evos they might as well get one. Blaziken also got a Mega Evo in these games as an event. Next games after XY is ORAS, which is a remake of the Hoenn games. Since Megas still had momentum and they might as well join Blaziken, the other 2 Hoenn starters (Sceptile and Swampert) got their own Mega Evos. By Gen VII, new Megas seem to have faded away as sumwun said above.

I still hope for Gen IV starter Megas. Probably on the Sinnoh remakes in 2-3 years, however if they don't get any Mega Evos by then, then it's safe to say Mega Evolution is dead.

I mean, we will still use some of the other Megas, just not the terrible ones (like Blastoise RU)
That explains why blaziken's an uber in pokemon showdown
and yeah, mega evo is still good ._. but some peple are weird
and now the hype isZ-Move, which, if you ask me, is only 1 turn, while mega evos last the whole battle, and... ._.
Well Greninja (kinda (its not in gen 7 its 6)) has a mega evo cuz of its ash form (where it can only be male, actually)
This explains Blaziken in Ubers how? Blaziken's in Ubers because it's OP, not because it got a Mega before Sceptile and Swampert. If you mean something else then please explain.
Ash Greninja is only available in Gen 7, not 6.
