According to Serebii, your Arceus isn't supposed to be shiny, meaning it's illegal.

Just scroll down until you see the first "South Korea" and then find your Arceus. There has only been one shiny Arceus event for Japan, not Korea.

It can’t be from the shiny Japanese event since the ID doesn’t match. It’s trying to look like it’s from that Korean event, even down to the ID no., but all events since Gen V are either shinylocked or guaranteed shinies, so yes, definitely hacked.
@KRLW890, I fixed my answer. Thanks for seeing that for me (I hate errors!).
I've seen an Arceus like this before but it wasn't shiny. Does this mean this is a legit Arceus but got hacked into a shiny? (remember it has the wishing ribbon)
