PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

I am just looking for a vote between two teams I created to play with as I restart my Omega Ruby Game. I picked one Pokemon from every generation (6 in total up to the oras game) and made sure that every type of move was represented on my team (I am just weird and like that). I avoided any legendary and any pseudo-legendary. Feel free to criticize the teams if you want, but I picked them because I never use these Pokemon and wanted some weird ones. Just what I landed on. At what point in the game will the team be fully assembled? Will you have all of these Pokemon and moves right after starting the game?
I would have them at the start of the game by trading them over from my Alpha Sapphire game. And they would have all these moves (probably action replay them to make sure they can have them)
What level will they be when traded over? Will they be low-leveled enough to obey you?
Does this count as not answering a clarifying question?
