I hatched about 270 but my game died so now I am back at 0. Does that mean if I hatch all 270 eggs again there is no chance for them to be shiny? Because none of them were shiny the first time.

I think the shiny predicting thing works only if you're using either a shiny charm or the Masuda method. Were you using either one?

No, that does not mean that all the eggs will be non shiny. The eggs are calculated based on independent chance, meaning that each egg has the same chance of being a shiny Pokémon. Other than a shiny charm or the Masuda method raising the chances, nothing changes the chance of getting a shiny Pokémon. So there is a chance in the 270 eggs that you could get a shiny Pokémon.

The shininess of eggs is not completely random. In some cases, if a Pokemon lays a shiny egg, then you can soft-reset, change the parents, and the egg will still be shiny. http://i.imgur.com/M7x08pp.png
