What Pokémon do I need to breed with Sneasel for the baby to have Bite and Ice Punch?

Question

I used a Sneasel in Pokémon Battle Revolution that had Bite and Ice Punch, and I would like those moves on one of my Sneasels. I looked at Sneasel's egg move list, and it didn't show what Pokémon learn Ice Punch through level-up. I'm playing Pokémon Pearl version, and I really want to know what Pokémon I need to breed with Sneasel. There has to be some way to breed one with those moves, right? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
