If I use iron defence, then use Power trick, does the stat boost stay for defence or does it change to Attack?

I have a shiny shuckle. Its defence is 600 and it's attack is 50. If I use iron defence once, (1200 defence after) then use Power trick, will its new defence be 100 (with the stat boost) or still 50 (if the stat boost goes to the Attack stat (1200)).

Power Trick switches the user's raw Attack stat with its raw Defense stat. Stat modifiers are not swapped.
