Mine has the ability Poison Heal and it holds a Toxic Orb. It knows:

Stone Edge: Highpower, good chance for critical hit, used to deal with Flying, Ice, and Fire types.

Sky Uppercut: Good power, decent accuracy, can attack Pokemon using Fly, STAB.

Seed Bomb: Good power, high accuracy, STAB.

Spore: Puts the foe to Sleep.

Wow, this question wasn't asked before?
I had the exact same idea than you for the poison heal moveset, but I finally switched Sky uppercut by Drain punch since it's really rare to fight a pkmn that has Fly. The Technician moveset is really great!
Bulky Sword's Dance Sweeper

Breloom w/leftovers

Moves:
Leech Seed(heal)
Giga Drain(heal, STAB)
Hi-Jump Kick(very strong, you will heal right away, STAB)

You heal all the way in 1 turn! Only flaw is once I fainted from GUST. NEVER use this against grass or flying(definitely not both)

Breloom moveset:

The ultimate killer/healer combo:

Ability: Poison Heal
Item: Toxic Orb
Moves:
Poisonpowder- slowly destroying the enemy
Leech seed- helps with Poisonpowder and heals HP
Drain punch- deals damage while stealing HP, plus STAB
Giga Drain- same thing as Drain Punch, and more STAB

I recommend training shroomish until it learns giga drain.

answered by
Giga Drain isn't very good, try Seed Bomb. Breloom has better attack that Special attack.
Ok, thanks, but this is for healing
Well... Breloom already has two healing moves, so I guess I can take out giga drain and put in seed bomb.
Toxic would be better than poison powder, grass types resist powder moves and it's also more damage over time.

Breloom @ Focus Sash/Leftovers
Nature:Jolly
Ability:Technitian
EVs:252spd, 252atk, 4HP

Spore
Power up Punch
Drain Punch
Bullet Seed
Similar to Scyther used fly's set, this set utilises the foe being asleep to boost attack with Power up Punch. With technitian and STAB, PuP has 120 base power, the same as a non-stab close combat and boosts attack. Spore helps evade damage by putting the foe to sleep, and Drain Punch heals any damage taken. Bullet Seed is for damaging after PuP, with multi-hits at a +2 or more attack. It has base power of 75 after STAB and technitian, with multi hits and boosted attack from PuP on top of that. Sash is for faster flying types, like Talonflame, and lefties for healing. Lefties are best IMO, as swiching is best V flyinfg types.

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
-Spore
-Leech Seed / Mach Punch
-Seed Bomb
-Wake-Up Slap

Spore + Wake-Up Slap gives you a very spammable Base 140 power move. Seed Bomb gives you a decent STAB attack that doesn't wake your opponent up. Leech Seed + Poison Heal = Profit, or you can run Mach Punch to pick off weakened opponents.

[email protected] orb or life orb or power herb

Evs: 252attack/152def./the rest in attack

Nature: jolly( +speed -sp. attack )

Ability: poison heal or technician

Spore: it is EXTREMELY busted because it has 100 accuracy and puts the opponent to sleep, that means you can get at least one free hit off, and that hopefully will OHKO the sleeping Pokemon.

Focus punch: The turn the opponent sleeps is the turn you charge up, and the next turn you deliver an OHKO. This is almost certain if it's a neutral hit, as focus punch has a 150 base power ( 225 if stab is included ). It also has perfect accuracy, so this move is basically a death sentence to any neutral or super-effective hit.

Sky uppercut/Mach punch: Mach punch is boosted by both STAB and technician, and it also has priority. Sky uppercut does more damage and also has STAB, but ,no priority. An alternative is drain punch, as it restores breloom's HP.

Seed bomb: good damage and STAB.

All attacks use breloom's awesome attack stat.

EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Spore

Basic SporePunch. Hidden Power Ghost and Rock and Sludge Bomb are physical, and they are your coverage of choice with Iron Tail. Put the foe to sleep with Spore and use Focus Punch.

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 76 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Spore
- Seed Bomb
- Focus Punch / Wake-Up-Slap

Toxic Orb and Poison Heal are great combos, and Focus Punch is great for Spore, but Wake-Up-Slap can be used if you know it'll KO your opponent after a boost and after Spore!

I never got my Breloom to learn spore ripppppp xD

Breloom w/ Life Orb, Focus Sash, or Leftovers
Adamant Nature (+ATK -SpATK)
Ability: Technician
EV's: 252 ATK/216 Spd/40 HP

Mach Punch - This is an obvious one. STAB, Priority +1, Technician boost that makes it go from 40 base power to 80, this is probably Breloom's go-to move.

Bullet Seed - Also an obvious one. STAB, 2-5 times hit, and a Technician boost that raises one hit to 50. Two hits = 100+ base damage, five hits = 250+ base damage. It's amazing.

Thunder Punch/Stone Edge - Counters for Breloom's greatest weakness: Flying. Thunder Punch allows for coverage, 75 base damage and a chance to paralyze OR flinch. Stone Edge has a higher chance to critical hit, 100 base damage, but a lower reliability.

Spore/Sword's Dance - Spore is the most broken status inducing move, with 100% accuracy and it's nearly guaranteed to make the opponent sleep. Sword's Dance is more of a risky path to turn, but it's worth it once you manage to pull off one or two of these.

Psysical Set
Breloom @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
Nature: Adamant
EVS: 252 Atk, 252 Def, 4 Spd

Dynamic Punch /Power Up Punch (STAB)
Stone Edge (Flying Coverage)
Bullet Seed (STAB, Technician boost)
Toxic (You get why.)

answered by
why are you using Toxic? It's not actually that bad but you still need to say why. It's a rather niche use for Breloom and generally should be avoided, but if you're going to include it give actual explanation. Also Never used Dynamic Punch unless you have the No Guard ability. it's accuracy is dreadful.
Toxic gives a Shuckle the Potential to faint a Mega Camerupt. I did it once. Also That's why it says / Power-Up Punch if people doesn't like it.
