chesto berry for rest
I don't know about a Chesto Berry. Natural Cure eliminates status ailments when you switch out. With that being said, if you forgo Giga Drain for Leaf Storm, you can hit them with Leaf Storm, Rest up and be out of there.
Running a life orb with leaf storm would be deadly with rest and natural cure. I tried it worked

So my Roserade has:

Roserade @ Black Sludge
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Rest
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Sludge Bomb

Sludge Bomb is a great move and has 135 base power STAB, also can poison.
Hidden Power Rock is so great as it covers 3 of Roserade's 4 weaknesses.
Rest is to heal Roserade. Switch out to awaken Roserade, using Natural Cure.
You can use Leaf Storm, and then use Rest and switch Roserade out, which negates the stat loss. Then you can repeat with 210 Base Power STAB Leaf Storm, that doesn't get weaker every time.

This is a great set and personally think the best possible Roserade set.

Here's what I use:

Roserade (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Extrasensory
- Energy Ball
- Sludge Bomb / Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Hidden Power [Rock]

Extrasensory takes care of Fighting types. With maxed Speed and Timid Nature, Roserade should be able to take them out no problem, especially with Specs.

Energy Ball is for STAB.

Sludge Bomb is for STAB. Go with Shadow Ball if you want coverage against Psychic types.

HP Fire is for steel types, since all of your moves are ineffective against them. I use HP Fire because of common threats such as Ferrothorn, Forretress, and Scizor. HP Rock covers basically all your weaknesses except Psychic.

If something gives you a status, just switch out. Natural Cure will take care of your problem.

Umm, Extrasensory doesn't work super great, considering You already resist Fighting
Roserade doesn't exactly have stunning defenses though. Plus Flinching is a nice bonus that comes up. It's also a nice counter for other poisons types that can block out most of the set.
Forgot that Extrasensory can flinch

Roserade (M) @ Red Card
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Venoshock
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes
- Giga Drain

A different version of trach'ys set but he actually goes phazing around with Red Card and Toxic Spikes along with Leech Seed

If you Phaze, why have Leech Seed, as it expires when the foe switches? That's good :)
Same exact moveset as Trachy's Roselia.
Same moves, yes, but different Abilities, making them have different effectiveness. Besides J98, they're different Pokemon, but using the same moves. Nobody sued me for using a Choice Band on a Hydreigon paired with U-Turn. Also a different Ev spread, and also a different item. Movesets aren't just the moves a Pokemon has, but also the Evs, item, Nature, and Ability. So, it isn't the same exact moveset as trachy's Roselia.

Status Attacker

Roserade

Roserade @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVS: 24 HP / 252 SpA / 232 Spe
Modest Nature / Timid Nature
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Hidden Power [Ground]
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Sleep Powder / Stun Spore

Hidden Power [Fire] and Hidden Power [Ground] are two of the best coverages Roserade can have. HP [Fire] hits defensive walls like Skarmory and Ferrothorn, while HP [Ground] would be an option for Heatran, all of which would completely wall this set otherwise. Sludge Bomb is necessary to OHKO Shaymin and can 2HKO Dragonite, I believe. No Roserade set is complete without Giga Drain.

Giga Drain is the best move you can teach Roserade. While they're asleep / paralyzed, you can sap away all of their life and gain back lots of HP lost by Life Orb. Sleep Powder and Stun Spore are good to have for basically taking problem Pokemon out. Stun Spore is another solid option if you want to bypass the sleep clause.

By having Natural Cure, if they try to paralyze you or put you to sleep, you can hop out and in, while other sweepers are effectively out of the game.

Roserade

Roserade @ Life ORb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Giga Drain / Leaf Storm
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Sleep Powder / Rest

Giga Drain and Leaf Storm are both STAB, it depends on if you want healing and the ability to stay in, or want more of a hit and runner.
Sludge Bomb rounds out the coverage hitting Fire types among other things and stuff and is STAB.
Hidden Power Fire gets good coverage along with Grass STAB, and hits Grass types.
Sleep Powder is an acceptable alternative if using Giga Drain, if using Leaf Storm go with Rest for some nice healing and a combo with Natural Cure.

Use Sludge Bomb over Giga Drain if you think Grass-Types are a bit of a problem.

Do not use against Steel- or Poison-type Pokemon. Make sure you have a Pokemon that can take on both in your team lol.

Role: Poison Abuser / Sweeper
Poison Based moveset:

Roserade @ Black Sludge
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Natire
- Toxic Spikes / Toxic
- Venom Drench
- Venoshock
- Energy Ball

Toxic Spikes or Toxic: Really up to you.
Venom Drench: Works great with above moves:
Venoshock: STAB, does Mor damage when opponent is poisoned
Energy Ball: STAB, good accuracy.

Note:

Moves learned by Lv. Up:
Toxic Spikes (Lv.1)
Toxic (Lv.1)
Venom Drench (Lv.1)

Moves learned by TR/TM:
Venoshock (TM74)
Toxic Spikes (TR54)
Energy Ball (TR65)

You are done against Steel and Poison though
Poison point is useless so natural cure instead
Okay I'll change it.

Gen 4 OU lead

Roserade @ Focus Sash
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 3 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 SpD (Hidden Power Ground IVs)
- Toxic Spikes
- Sleep Powder
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Ground]

This Rose Masquerade is mostly known for it's spiking moves. In honor of the DB Gen 4 Sinnoh tour that will begin in a few days, here is a set.

Gen IV OU
Toxic Spikes Lead

Roserade @ Focus Sash
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Sleep Powder
- Leaf Storm / Energy Ball
- Hidden Power (Fire or Ground)

Roserade is one of the best leads in all of DPP, an era with no team preview.
Sleep Powder shuts opposing leads down, allowing it to set up Toxic Spikes safely.
Thanks to the Focus Sash, if Roserade outspeeds and hit Sleep Powder on its target, you are almost garanteed to lay two layers of T-Spikes. That is why it has an Timid nature.
The third move is STAB. Leaf Storm is usually better thanks to its higher base power, but Energy Ball can be used if you don't like Leaf Storm's lower accuracy and SpA dropping.
Hidden Power is for coverage. Both HP Fire and HP Ground hit Steel types.
