How can I get points to comment on walls without the upvote because upvote needs 40 points

You get points by being upvoted, not by upvoting somebody else's post.

As mentioned, I'm not sure what you mean by 'without the upvote'. You get the most points from other people voting you, for which there is no limitation so long as other people have the ability to vote. (Which they do.)

But to answer your question, you can gain points in the following ways:

• Receive an upvote, which awards 10 points.
• Reveive a 'best answer', which awards 20 points.
• Select someone else's answer, which awards 2 points.

You need 30 points to post on walls (not 40). Since you start with 20, you just need to gain one upvote and you will be able to post on walls. Worst case scenario, you can ask five questions and select answers to them to reach 30, but you shouldn't have to do this if you can make insightful and well written posts.
