Note: This team is no longer OU-legal, thanks to Deoxys-Speed's ban.

Deoxys-S @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Psycho Boost

My Rock setter and lead Taunter. If you set up Stealth Rocks and Spikes, the game is pretty much won. Psycho Boost is in case I lose the Speed tie with other Deoxys and get Taunted myself. This guy has had some problems, like its lack of recovery. Maybe replace the Sash for the Leftovers or something...?

Gengar (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Giga Drain
- Substitute

This is my special sweeper. I also switch in on Rapid Spinners to prevent Spinning. Shadow Ball is your STAB and coverage, Focus Blast is coverage, and Giga Drain is just for keeping me alive. Substitute is for making a cool Substitute.

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Trick
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Another special sweeper. The Scarf is for some extra Speed, or for possible Tricking. Volt Switch is for scouting the foe, while dealing some STAB damage. Hydro Pump has jacked accuracy on PO, and I need the extra power. Hidden Power [Ice] gives me coverage against Grass types, while also giving me power to tame the Dragons of OU.

Scizor (F) @ Iron Plate
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 160 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bug Bite
- Bullet Punch
- Roost

First off, I want to say this: Boosting + priority is awesome! This has helped me so many times! The Iron Plate gives me more power on STAB Bullet Punch. Technician is awesome with the moves given. The EVs give me more bulk, though I'm thinking about redistributing some of them to Defense. Swords Dance doubles my Attack first turn, and Bug Bite is STAB. Bullet Punch is more STAB, and Roost is for recovering the damage done while I was Dancing my way to victory.

Terrakion @ Choice Band
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
- Earthquake

I've actually had one of my anonymous opponents complain that Terrakion is Uber and I can't use it. Well, he called me a noob after I beat him :P We've all seen this Terrakion, and there's no need to explain it.

Dragonite (F) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Fire Punch
- ExtremeSpeed

Another physical sweeper. The Lum Berry lets me laugh at Sleep/Burn/Poison inducers while I D-Dance. D-Dance is for the obvious boosting, which makes anything a sweeper. Outrage is STAB, almost literally. Fire Punch is for covering Ice types should they appear. Finally, ExtremeSpeed is the ultimate priority move.

Please don't answer unless you know a lot about competitive battling!!!

Soo.. This is the guy's team you copied off of Smogon? XD

Deoxys - S

Focus Sash, and 252 HP ev's? Spend those in your Sp atk, you do have a move using it.
Now, for the spinner situation, replace Stealth Rocks with Magic Coat. Stealth Rocks are the most common Hazard, so it's not too hard to deflect them, and maybe your opponent won't have the balls to try again, or you can KO them. Or you can keep your ev's, but put some speed into your defenses, and add leftovers for healing. But you can keep the different moveset.

Gengar

Strategygar? Well, let me make you a little bit more interesting support move.
Disable. It's a great sweeper stopper, if he outspeeds. He can completely screw over anything that's choiced, and can screw someone up long enough for a turn of Black Sludge, then get back in things with something like Giga Drain. Support Gars are cool :-3

Rotom-W

Here's a better EV spread to use.
252 Special attack, 32 Sp Def, 32 Def, 64 Hp, 128 Speed.
Bulky Sweeper, Timid nature works here, if you go with Specs ( I reccomend it )
Although if you wanna keep your scarf, go for Modesty.

Scizor

Only use 120 in his Special Defense, and put 20 into Defense, and the rest into Attack.
The item is iffy with me, Bug bite hits harder and you really don't have anything benefiting you if you aren't using Bullet Punch. Plates normally work better when that's your only move type.
I would say Leftovers, a Life Orb, Muscle Band, or Expert Belt. Would ALL work better.

Terrakion

" We've all seen this Terrakion, and there's no need to explain it. " And I can fairly say, I have no way I can thing of to improve it. Looks great.

Dragonite

He has a ridiculously high base attack stat, and with Dragon Dance boosts?
Settle for Dragon Claw so you don't screw yourself over when someone switches into their Metagross, Ferrothorn, Scizor, Bronzong. I mean really, walling out Outrage is too easy.
So just go for claw and you're set.

Just a few things I want to comment on:

Deoxys-S: Good point. I'll do that.

Gengar: It originally had Disable AND Substitute, but I didn't like Disable. I'll actually use it now.

Rotom-W: I'll do the Specs.

Scizor: I'll use the Muscle Band, if that's fine.

Terrakion: I'm fine with it XD

Dragonite: I see your point.

I still need a Spinner though. And what about the recovery for Deoxys-S?
I spinner could be easily made up for by Magic Coat on Deoxys, and I don't know what to say to use for recovery for a frail pokemon with a focus sash. Maybe a Wish Blissey?
And yeah, this is the one off of Smogon XD
