I know many people don't will read my entire RMT but here is the descrptions of the movesets :D

My weather inducer: Abomasnow. Leech Seed helps recover the HP while damage the oponent little. Toxic complements with Leech Seed forcing many switchs. Protect helps stalling and healing with Leech Seed, Toxic and Leftovers. Blizzard is my STAB move. A way to KO the oponents more easily and being the only move to use agaisnt taunters. Leftovers allows he survive more longer helping with the ultimate stall. Forgot to say. There are Hail, Leech Seed, Toxic with the help of the Leftovers in the stall :DD. EVs and the nature give him a mixed bulk with 384 HP, 232 Def and 245 SpDef.

My revenge killer Frost Rotom. Blizzard and Thunderbolt give to him a BoltBeam coverage which it gains STAB from. Trick helps deal with Porygon2, Chanseys and setup sweepers forcing them to switch. Volt Switch is for scouting, killing weakned pokemons and switch to a good pokemon. EVs and nature give him a good 309 SpAtk and 298 Spd(with Choice Scarf 447) and move always first except pokemon with Speed Boost, which no one can outspeed them. Choice Scarf allows he outspeed many pokemons as I said before.

My spinblocker, spikes setter and the pokemon that absorbs Fighting-type attacks: Froslass! OK. Only spinblocked and spikes setter. Spikes a hazard. I hope you knew that. Thunder Wave alongside with Substitute helps she setup Spikes and the oponent take damage from hail. Shadow Ball is the only move that she can use when is taunted. I prefered Shadow Ball over Blizzard to give more coverage to the team. The EVs and nature give to she a great speed to outspeed non-choice scarf or boosted pokemon(in speed) and give to she more survivability alongside with Leftovers.

Arcanine is here to absorb Fire-type attacks that my team is scary about. Flare Blitz is he's main move. Gains STAB and sometimes Flash Fire boost. ExtremeSpeed kills weakned pokemons and priority is really needed sometimes. Close Combat can deal with Rock-types that can kill 4/6 of my team. Wild Charge is here to take Water-types, because many pokemons switch to Water-types to sponge his STAB move. EVs and nature give to him max attack 2HKOing almost everything and some speed to outspeed not fast, but not slow pokemons. Leftovers heals off Hail damage which is the same there are no weather and he is with no item.

My spinner and rocks setter Claydol. Stealth Rock is my secondary hazard. Toxic forces switchs and to stall walls. Earthquake gains STAB. The move that he will use if is taunted. Rapid Spin blows away the rocks that kills 4/6 of my team. EVs allows he at least put the rocks or spin once. HP EVs and Leftovers helps he stand in the battle more longer.

My favorite pokemon and the Steel-type of my team Empoleon. Surf gains STAB and kills Rock-type pokemons that kills 4/6 of my team with their STAB moves(I think I've said this many times already...). Hidden Power (Grass) hits other Water-types with super effective damage while Blizzard can use the hail to get perfect accuracy plus can hit Dragon-types and Grass-type with super effective damage. Agility helps with his poor speed and sweep through the game. EVs and nature max out his SpAtk to a whooping 352 SpAtk. Just to say, his speed with one Agility(+2 in speed) allows he outspeed 252+ Weavile! Leftovers is to heal off the hail damage.

Just forgot to say. いらっしゃ~いっ = Welcome~

Hope you enjoyed the RMT and pleaase rate my team! :D

nice team :)
Ikr my team is weak to rock. What you want in a hail team? That why Empoleon and Claydol is here, to take that Rock-type moves.
Ok but 2 pokemon covering another 4 pokemon's weaknesses isn't the best set-up. It doesn't look like a bad hail team but if they play it correctly the foe can set up SR and keep it up via spin-blocking, and your team will be severly crippled. Also, a common rock type in UU is Rhyperior, which almost always carries Earthquake and Megahorn, KO'ing Emploeon and Claydol respectively. A Rhyperioir with Stone Edge, Earthquake, Megahorn and Rock Polish oriented for max Atk and Spd would have fun with this team.
Rhyperior get sweeped to the Frost Rotom's Blizzard. It's super effective, guy. :D And I know the time to spin. I'm not a dumb that don't knows predict. Except some misscliks. :D
You need a glaceon!!!!!!!!!
No one really knows how good he is on a hail team until they try it!
Blizzard
aqua tail
shadow ball
and hail if not already set up
