Abomasnow @ leftovers
Nature: impish
Evs: 248hp 252def 8spdef
Moves: leachseed, protect, seedbomb, icepunch
Ability: snowwarning
Why: it sets up hail with its ability and can seed the lead poke. Leach seed and hail will wear down on my opponent verry quickly specially with protect in the mix. I have seedbomb and ice punch just cuz they are stab and I cant get protect to work twice in a row lol.

Lapras @ leftovers
Nature: jolly
Evs: 252atk 252spd 4 def
Moves: dragondance, waterfall, iceshard, drillrun
Ability: waterabsorb
Why: lapras is used by several elite 4 members and a couple of champs. And for good reason. Its stab combo has good coverage, it can take several hits even super effective ones. I decided on the "lapdance" set cuz it iz unexpected since "blizzard spam" is common on hail teams. ThistThistIng is a good physical sweeper in hail because it can absorb water and ice type moves aimed at my gliscor. Well not absord ice but ice only does 1/4 damage to Lapras. Its stab moves are obvious choices and drill run counters elwctric type pokes.

Gliscor @ toxic orb
Nature: adament
Evs: 252atk 96def um....the rest in speed cuz im too lazy to calc
Moves: stealth ricks, roost, protect, earthquake
Ability: poison heal
Why: its a bulky attacker. It can. Take a hit and dish it out with a stab earthquake. It has stealth rocks so the rest of my team dont have to work as hard. Roost and protect can be used for scouting and to get a quick heal. Also it can block electric type moves.

[email protected] leftovers
Nature: timid
Evs: 252 spd 248hp 8spatk
Moves: blizzard, waterpulse, taunt, lightscreen
Ability: icebody
Why: its an adorable icecream code that can put a hurting on someone. Its blizzard has 100 accuracy in the hail and it's stab. It has water pulse just cuz its super effective on fire and rock types and can confuse. Taunt is more of a gimic move just cuz its unexpected but can mess with substitute users. Lightscreen is more of a filler move cuz I wanted some icecream support I guess.

Tentacruel @ blacksludge
Nature: calm
Evs: 252hp 252spdef 4 def
Moves: surf, gigadrain, toxicspikes, rapidspin
Ability: liquid ooze
Why: its a rapid spinner that can absorb toxic spikes without using rapidspin. I decided on surf just for some extra power over scald and giggadrain for some recovery. Toxic spikes are awesome cuz poison and hail damge add up.

Slowbro @ leftovers
Nature: bold
Evs: 252hp 252def 4 spdef
Moves: psyshock, scald, slack off, blizzard
Ability: regenerator
Why: it can shrug off a physical hot like its nothing particularly fighting types the aime there attacks at the ice types. Psyshock does physical damage even though it is special. Did that for the lack of physical atacks on the team. I have scald for the stab and chance of burn(provided I dont have toxic spikes up) blizzard is kinda obvious for the hail team it has slack off just so it'll last a little longer on the feild.

OK I don't do hail teams much but my theory is sound. i'll have a crack at it and see what happens.

I like your abomasnow set for stalling but Abomasnow is mainly for off the bat offence. I use this set to do damage before anything even starts.

Abomasnow @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 Atk
Mild Nature
- Blizzard
- Giga Drain
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Psychic]

not your average set. Although its weather could be cancelled out, it can KO most pokemon straight off, as well as often being switched in fear of losing the weather lead can be a good revenge killer and sweeper with good coverage. I'm not too good with descriptions so you might wanna test this yourself before any major decisions.

I like Lapras and is fine with that set. But pokemon like infernape will demolish with fast fighting type moves with the exception of of gliscor . if you need a water type try this...

Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Earth Power
- Recover
- Scald
- Toxic

a great stall set. Immune to electric and powerful against fire type threats it great support to the team. recover is too...you know and toxic stalls them out.

you run offensive gliscor and give it a defensive set and ev's? Gliscor and Tentacruel make an effective defensive core so I will do them next to each other.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 184 Def / 252 HP / 72 Spd
Impish Nature
- Protect/ Ice fang
- Stealth Rock
- Substitute
- Earthquake

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Spd / 240 SDef
Serious Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Scald
- Toxic Spikes
- Protect

Other than Psychic these two cover each others weakness and provides overall great support to the team. Gliscor provides SR and a wear down offence while Tentacruel spreads burn and stalls out SpAtk'ers.

OK sorry for the delay I will now continue.

Vanniluxe is good on Hail teams as a bulky attacker, but it follows on the inpending fight weakness. Keep this set if you want but you can try this out if it doesnt work out well.

[email protected] sash
Trait: Snow cloak
Evs: 252 SpAtk 252 speed 4 HP
Nature: Timid
-Destiny Bond
- Hidden power [Dark]

immune to fight type and unleashes the potenial of Focus sash and destiny bond. Psychic carrys on this anti-fight thing aand blizzard is STAB. Hidden power deals with ghost types.

You already have several Walls but no real Physical attacker. You need one. There aren't many physical psychic types but luckily the one there is is very powerful.

[email protected] orb
Trait: Clear Body
Ev's: 252 Atk 252 Def 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
- Zen headbutt
- Bullet punch
- Ice punch
- Earthquake

A powerful tank. Because it lasts a long time due to great defence it puts a real hurting on with its epic attack! Zen is the STAB move of choice and Bullet punch adds some priority in pinch. Ice punch deals with ground types and earthquake...why not?

I hope these have been useful in your quest to be the best :]

I have a dislike for metagross and I dont like the idea of gastrodon on a hail team. Its a better poke for rain and sandstorm teams. Also EVERYONE uses froslass. I want mine to stand out. But thanx I might consider your abomasnow and change gliscors spread to what you put.
Of course. theseare suggestions. Gastrodos provides support and covrege, you will need some kind of water type. ,metagross is pychic support. if you dont want to use them thats fine, but thin about why they might be good.
