This may sound odd, but you're too vulnerable to other Scraggy.

Yeah, Scraggy are a menace in LC, and yes, they're awesome fighters. That also means other people's Scraggy will be awesome. You need one of your faster contenders to use a Fighting or Flying-type move to counter incoming Scraggy.

Shimama MAY be able to do this with Double Kick, but Scraggy's bulk and Shimama's dependence on the Evolite may prove to be unsuccessful, especially when paired with a move that will only have Base 60 power. Your only choice for flawlessly countering Scraggy with this team is putting your own Scraggy on the line, or Perish-Trapping it with Misderavus (If that's legalized), thus wasting your free KO.

Really, that seems to be the only issue I have. Ishizumai may be able to outstall, but two HJK hits from a Scraggy may actually KO it. LC seems to be all about Scraggy at the moment, so watch your stepping.

Other than that, though, you have a pretty built-up team! You have good type choices; Nothing really hits two or more of your Pokemon for Super-Effective damage with their STAB (Albeit Scraggy), so I'd say your team is nearing a peak of perfection.

Who should I replace Shimama with then? And you're right, I see Scraggy every other battle. They have caused me a lot of trouble unless my Scraggy is already out and with Dragon Dance.
Shimama may best be replaced by...Growlithe, perhaps? Close Combat Growlithe with Justified could come in on Crunch/Payback as a switch-in. Maybe have Misderavus as the Crunch/Payback bait. It may just be the perfect counter!

Of course, I'm still confused with the whole DW ability + Egg move thing. If that combination is legal, then I'd say this is the way to go.
