You need way more type coverage, Bud. I know that UU is full of mediocre Grass Bug, and Normal-types, but that doesn't mean that Ghost, Fighting, and Fire-types won't be popping up there.

I see where you're going with these sets: The first two support each other while sweeping at the same time, then the next two is Beat Up + Justified, and the last two is a two-person synergy; one purely supports, the other purely sweeps.

I find the strategy a little static, meaning that if one thing goes wrong, you've basically screwed your strategy. Not to mention your plain vulnerability to a dedicated Water-type or fellow levitators.

I'm sure you'll be on your toes about that stuff, and with that said, it's a very solid team. It just looks very...focussed on one spot, if that makes sense.

Yeah, that is my weakness in Double-Battles. I focus on just two Pokemon who have perfect synergy with each other. Any suggestions for improvement?
I think you just need a little more coverage, and you'll be okay.
Plus, you've got a big Fighting-type weakness if your opponent can clear out Tornadus and Gardevoir, which is bad, since most Fghting-types sweep mid-game.

My recommendation, first of all, would be to simply switch Gardevoir and Cryogonal's spots in your team. This will make your team much more flexible, believe it or not.

Next, maybe take out Tauros. It's a great sweeper and stuff, but on this team, it's just more redundant coverage and more Fighting-type weakness. I know that these two changes butchers your Anger Point strategy, but in a Double Battle, you really need to stay versatile, because basically anything can happen in group fights.

Maybe switch Tauros for a good, balanced sweeper that's hard to take down...Maybe a Scrafty (tank) or a Darmanitan (Sweeper)? I like that Beat Up + Justified strategy in there, though, so keep that.

Change around my advice as you please, but this is a rough guideline of things that may help. Having a team strategy is great but three specific strategies matching up with only two Pokemon at a time is spelling out disaster.

The team is pretty solid around. I see that you're taking a page out of the beat up/justified book. Your team will have instant danger, then have Gardevoir heal up any damage. I like it. If you wanted her to function more as a sweeper, you could use signal beam in lieu of Momento, which, from personal experience, works wonderfully. However, since she's not to be a tank, but rather a supportive member of your team, this isn't a very major requirement.
