Hello, and welcome to the place that I like to call the Mirror House. What started as a Golurk test team turned out to be my favorite team of all time, and coincidentally also my best team that I've made. This team uses Golurk, who has a very unique typing of Ghost/Ground, to counter some on UU's biggest threats and walls.

The crux of this team is the Ferroseed/Golurk core.
They cover each other perfectly, except for Fire, which is covered by the remaining team members.
Have fun reading!

Importable version of the team here
_____

Prepare to be blown away by my epic nicknames :)

Statue (Golurk) @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Magic Coat
- Dynamic Punch
- Shadow Punch

Golurk is one of the best anti-UU meta pokemon out there. Why?
Magic Coat screws over Sableye, Taunt Azelf, and other nasty SR setters.
Ghost typing serves as both a spinblocker and as a top-notch counter to Fighting types.
Dynamic Punch and Shadow Punch form the oh-so-epic Fighting/Ghost core, which hits everything for neutral damage.
Stealth Rock is very important to this team as it allows me to wear down the opponent, which this team relies heavily on.

Bush (Ferroseed) @ Eviolite
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Leech Seed
- Spikes
- Protect
- Gyro Ball

Ferroseed forms a nearly impassable core with Golurk, and is in general one of the best Grass tanks in the UU metagame.
Leech Seed helps me regain HP, while Spikes rack up damage after SR from Golurk.
Protect and Gyro Ball are just coverage moves; however, paired with Ferroseed's slow Speed, Gyro Ball can do quite a lot of damage.

Ovenwave (Rotom-Heat) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 148 Spe / 160 HP / 200 SpA
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch
- Overheat

Warning: If you have not experienced the power of Specs Rotom-H, please strap in a seat belt and prepare to be blown away!
252 SpA Choice Specs Rotom-H Overheat vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Sableye: 277-327 (91.11 - 107.56%) -- 43.75% chance to OHKO
That is almost a OHKO on a very bulky Pokemon! And most Sableye's don't even run max Special Defense.

Trick can screw up a lot of bulky walls, which is very important in UU considering that almost all teams have one. Will-O-Wisp is kind of a gimmicky strategy that works most of the time, crippling something that wants to switch in.
Overheat, as shown above, has a power level of OVER 9000!!!! Lastly, Volt Switch is the preferred Electric stab, as it also grants me switching power.

Birdie (Togekiss) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 16 SpA / 56 SpD / 84 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
- Air Slash

Togekiss has done an outstanding job of being a cleric, mainly due to the fact that no one expects it. The random EVs are there to outspeed bulky Meloetta, Swampert, etc.
Wish, Protect, and Heal Bell are what make this set important, because my team is pretty weak to damage, as nothing has Recover or Roost.
Air Slash can flinch stuff to death, mostly Blastoise :D

Turtle (Blastoise) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Roar
- Scald
- Rapid Spin

Standard set, defensively bulky to be able to take down Scarf Heracross and such.
It also stops stuff from setting up, like D-Dance Scrafty. Very helpful to this team.

Sand (Flygon) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge

Scarf Flygon outspeeds Chandelure, Heracross, and other common scarfers. It can act as a great late game sweeper.
Dragon Claw was chosen over Outrage so I didn't have to be locked in. However, it's lack of power is very disturbing....

actually flare, Ghost/Fight hits everything for at least normal effectiveness. Check out the move coverage checker before you tell people to add more coverage :P

Other than Outrage > Drago Claw on scarf (which can be [ut down to personal preference) I really don't see much wrong with this team. Gimmie some time I'll think of something to lash you about :D +1
Really good team, but you need to fix it. Being a top voted team, this sets a bad example. There shouldn't even be an answer on here. You need to shorten things.
Do you mean like one answer, or 0? If I have zero I'll have to take out the team building process which helps out people, soo
Also what do you mean by bad example?
I'd say try to get the rest in the question, because technically you are breaking the rules.
wow, im a bit late to say this, but det edit. i have no problem with RMT's over 8000 characters
