This is my first official OU Monotype team. Hope its good!

Showdown Tests-
Battle 1: Me vs Ocean Guardian's Water-Mono team
~Loss
I was getting there, and it was very close, but unfortunately it lead to a loss. Then I realized that Umbreon's Moonlight doesn't get along with Tyranitar's Sand Stream, so maybe I can replace one of Sabeleye's moves or Umbreon's moves with Sunny Day?

Battle 2: Me vs MF God's Ice-Mono team
~Win
I seemed okay. I wasn't expecting Abomasnow's Focus Sash + Avalanche combo. My Umbreon eventually got to her, and it lead to a forfeit.

Since you have Sub/Protect, try Wish > Moonlight. That way, you can run Night Shade/Foul Play on Sableye, and not let it be crap against things like Heatran, who you cant hurt.

Not really Eeveenub, Scarf is fantastic and Flying isn't a super good offensive type.

Also, it looks like a solid team. As for the Moonlight issue, use Wish instead and Foul Play > Toxic imo. Also, you will benefit more from a specially defensive spread in the long run. Now that you don't need Sunny Day on Sableye, replace it with Foul Play or Night Shade. On Zoro, Dark Pulse will be better as the power drop is not much, and it can revenge with perfect accuracy. As for Honchkrow, the ideal moves would be Sucker Punch / Brave Bird / Superpower / Roost.

EDIT: Det Sash on Sableye has gotta be replaced for leftovers
