Before weather becomes useless, I decided to try something I don't do often: a sand team. I never tried stall either, so there it was: sand stall!

Hippowdon (M) @ Leftovers
Hippowdon
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Slack Off
- Whirlwind
- Earthquake

I decided Hippowdon > tyranitar because I knew I would have one of the pink blobs, so I didn't need it's special bulk. Hippowdon is absolutely essential because it is my team's only phaser, sets rocks, etc. Every move is there for a reason. it is also my answer to a lot of the top physical threats, such as terrakion, scizor, etc. any damage they can dish out hippowdon can heal off with slack off.

Forretress (F) @ Leftovers
Forretress
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Pain Split

Stall teams love hazards one the other team's side, but hate them on their side. That's why I chose Forretress. Toxic spikes especially have won me countless games, and rapid spin has saved me. Quite frequently I'll have all the hazards on the opponents side, and by then i've already won. I decided pain split > volt switch, earthquake, and explosion because stall teams love recovery.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Chansey
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SDef/ 4 HP
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Wish
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic

This is a stall team. The pink blob would come in somewhere. Chansey can not only soak up special attacks with ease, but can actually KO pokemon fast. toxic + seismic toss + sandstorm = death.

Jellicent (M) @ Leftovers
Jellicent
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 4 Def / 252 HP / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Scald
- Recover
- Shadow Ball

I can't have my hazards simply spun away, can I? Jellicent is the main spinblocker of OU for a reason, as all the OU spinners can do nothing to it. The only one who can do good damage is donphan, who fears scald.

Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf
Latios
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power {Fire}
- Trick

This was previously another wall, but I soon discovered the opponent could KO a poke and not pay for it. Cloyster also caused problems. I determined I needed a really fast scarfer that was really powerful. Latios Filled this role perfectly, as after a pokemon falls it can just come in and draco meteor all the things.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Landorus
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 172 Def / 88 Spd
Naive Nature
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Fire}

Cradily just wasn't worth it, and I was lacking a pivot. So I chose one of the best pivots in OU, Lando T

1: You have too many stallmons. I would dish in Tyranitar > Cradily in case that Hippowdon die and someone sets up  for example rain, you would be unable to win.
2: Volt Switch / Explosion > Pain Split for Forretress so that it is not a Taunt Bait.

Otherwise, decent team.
Arcamon. the reason he has mostly stall pokemon is that it's a STALL team. Stall may be a less popular strategy, but if done right it is still viable
I think it would be better to have 50/50 in terms of stall & offence Pokemon. It's nice to have the option of both, and you need an outright physical based Pokemon, so my advice is Terrakion > Cradily.
I would also go for Stealth Rock > Toxic Spikes on Forretress because it'll hurt everything.
Also, Cradily won't stall well if Poisoned. You also don't have Heal Bell on Chansey, so you can't really solve the problem.
Additionally, while Chansey is good for stalling because of Eviolite, Blissey is preferred in Sand because of the buffeting.
@ Lombro: OK, but at least one sweeper.
@ fondant: Toxic Spikes > SR for Forretress ; he has Hippowdon with SR.
O right, I forgot to say Ice Fang/ Toxic > Stealth Rock on Hippowdon. Derp. That was my reason for the suggestion.
Arcamon he a sweeper, Latios derp xD
Only one.
Yes, because Cradily, whose main purpose is to set up with curse and deal damage, is by no means a sweeper in any way
who downvoted this? downvotes should be for teams who are really bad, or don't follow the rules.
