Edited it to make it more readable.
Add EVs please.
Ok, first of all, EV's have to be in multiples of 4; every 4 EV's add to the stat by 1 at lv 100 of a Pokemon (a ratio rounded up, if less than lv100). Basically this means your maximum is 252 EV's.

Another, your EV spreads are weird. For example, why are you increasing Hitmonlee's special attack, it has no special attacking moves?

Next, why are you running Focus "Band" on Froslass. Do you mean Focus "Sash"?

Finally, why those natures? You seem pretty bent on sacrificing speed for offense/defense, and this doesn't seem to be a Trick Room team.

I think you should look at some Smogon (for Smogon OU/singles) or Nugget Bridge (for VGC/doubles) recommended EV spreads and natures first so you can get a better idea of how to team build.
I agree with Malachite..... Also your team could be wiped out with a proper trio of fire, electric, and psychic/ghost. Your team has a couple fatal weaknesses. Half your team can be wiped out with a good electric pokemon and a fire pokemon. Hitmonlee and Heracross will faint with a ghost. Your Garchomp is kinda the only obstacle.... but can be defeated with jynx(which can also be used for your fighting pokemon) or another ice pokemon. Try taking out one of your fighting pokemon(I suggest Heracross). And Milotic isn't really doing anything to help the type coverage of the team...

Just choose your types, EVs, natures, etc wisely and your team should succeed. You're leaning too much on two types: Fighting and Water/ice. Your Garchomp is spreading things out a bit, but you need more type coverage.
